SEO coaching for in-house teams. Your own site is the syllabus.
SEO coaching for the people who ship your pages: content, search and developers, working on your live site, with every piece of advice checked against Google's own documentation.
I am Eugene, and I am the only coach. Your team does the work and makes the calls. I review it until you need me less.

Training teaches a discipline. Coaching reviews the work you already ship.
Here, SEO coaching means your tickets and drafts set the agenda, every recommendation gets checked against Google's dated pages, and the plan ends with you needing me less.
- Agenda
- A module list
- Your ledger and your backlog
- Material
- Worked examples, then your pages
- Your tickets, drafts and received advice, from day one

Your team gets plenty of search advice. Nobody checks it.
The gap is rarely knowledge. It is judging advice, getting fixes shipped, and having someone review the work.
- 01
"I lack the knowledge to assess whether they're doing a good job."
An owner on Reddit, January 2025, about their hire. Most teams cannot judge the advice they pay for.
- 02
The audit is a tool export nobody explains.
One owner got "a random audit report" monthly. Another said the firm "explained nothing".
- 03
The boss pastes an AI answer.
A marketer got an AI instruction to disallow crawlers in robots.txt, "once again without context". May 2026.
- 04
Promoted into search, with nobody to learn from.
Courses fade "unless you are using what you learn daily", one practitioner wrote. Tickets arrive daily.
For teams that ship their own pages.
If you were shopping for in-house SEO training, this is the live version: your people, your pages, your developer.
Do bring this
Best fit
- In-house content, search and marketing teams that ship pages with a developer
- One marketer inside a company, with a developer to work with
- New search leads with nobody senior to check their calls
- Teams that receive more advice than they can check
Do not bring this
Not the right fit
- Anyone who wants a ranking promise or a date
- Teams that want the search work done for them
- Line management or career coaching for your staff
- A founder doing every task alone, unless a call says otherwise
Check the advice before anyone ships it.
Every recommendation lands in one list, gets a verdict, and carries the dated Google page behind it. By session six, the team sorts it alone.
In June 2026, Google told site owners to check search advice against its official documentation, and to ask whether the adviser cites it.

- I lead
- The team leads, I review
- The team alone
A picture of the plan, not a measured split. In session six the team runs everything and I only grade it.
Done means the team can
- Log any recommendation with its Google page and date
- Write a ticket developers accept and can test
- Review a page against its own checklist
- Write the post-update memo, including what to leave alone
- Say when to call for help: a manual action, a migration, a long drop, or a legal question
- Cadence
- Weekly or every two weeks, the team's choice.
- In between
- Work you send is reviewed before the next session.
- After session six
- The coaching ends, by design.
What a good coach still cannot promise you.
Coaching makes the team's calls better sourced and faster to ship. It does not change who controls Google.
- 01
No rankings, traffic or AI mentions promised.
Google guarantees none, and says no one can guarantee a #1 ranking. We report leading and business indicators, and attribution is never perfectly clean.
- 02
No promise that the fixes ship.
I review tickets. Your developers and approvers ship them. By default I get read access, as Google advises for an audit, and I publish nothing.
- 03
No certainty about Google's internals.
Nobody outside Google sees its ranking data. Every answer is a sourced judgment with a date, and dates move.
- 04
Not a senior hire in six sessions, and not a manager.
Not a certification, career coaching or line management. A team that needs managing needs a hire, and the three routes further down say when.
The honest outcome: a team that checks advice before it ships, and knows when to call for help.
How a coaching block runs, from intake to handover.
Every session opens with what shipped since the last one and takes its agenda from the ledger, not a slide deck.

Who runs the SEO sessions, and is anyone junior involved?+
I, Eugene, run every session and review everything sent in between. No account manager, no junior, and no handover to someone you have not met.Can a founder with no marketing team book the SEO sessions?+
They are built for teams, and one marketer with a developer counts. If you do all your own SEO, book a call first and I will tell you honestly whether coaching or Google's free SEO starter guide is the better use of your money. Will you make the SEO changes on our site between sessions?+
No. Your team ships and I review. If you want someone to own the work, that is the retainer, from $5,000 per month, and the three routes above say when it is the better buy. What access do you need to our Search Console and site for SEO reviews?+
Read access to Search Console, as Google advises for an audit, view access to analytics, and a staging URL if you have one. No publishing rights. How is this different from buying an SEO audit?+
An audit hands you one list. The sessions teach the team to judge any list, including the next one, against Google's documentation, which Google's June 2026 guidance asks site owners to do.Do the SEO sessions cover AI Overviews, AI Mode and ChatGPT?+
Yes. For Google, from its own pages: AI features have no extra requirements, and Google Search does not use llms.txt. Other assistants are covered through the pages they cite. No borrowed citation statistics.Should our developers join the SEO sessions?+
Yes, at least sessions two and three. Rendering, canonicals, links and markup are their work, and a ticket template only sticks if the people who accept tickets helped write it.What happens after the final SEO session?+
The team runs session six and keeps the exit checklist. Then the coaching ends, on purpose. Next comes nothing, which is the goal, a Custom program, or the retainer.
