Terms of Use

Last updated: May 13, 2026

These terms govern your use of busyless.space (the “Site”), operated by Eugene Suslov (“Busyless”, “we”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What this site is

busyless.space is a marketing and editorial website. It describes the automation services Busyless offers, hosts a blog with field notes from real builds, and provides ways to get in touch — a contact form and a Cal.com booking embed.

Nothing on this site forms a contract on its own. Filling in the form, booking a discovery call, or downloading anything we publish does notcreate a service engagement. A paid engagement only begins after a written agreement (proposal, SOW, or signed contract) between you and Busyless.

Acceptable use

When you use the Site, you agree not to:

  • Submit lead forms or comments with deceptive, abusive, or unlawful content.
  • Scrape, mass-harvest, or systematically extract content for resale.
  • Use the Site to send spam, distribute malware, or attempt to interfere with normal operation (e.g. excessive requests intended to disrupt service).
  • Use any automated tool to interact with the booking form beyond what an ordinary visitor would do.
  • Misrepresent your identity when contacting us.

Content and intellectual property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, code snippets, graphics, logos, the Busyless name, and the structure of the blog and case studies — is owned by Busyless or licensed for use here. You may:

  • Read it freely. The blog is here to be read; quoting short excerpts (a sentence or two) with attribution and a link back is welcome.
  • Use the code patterns we publish.Code snippets in blog posts are illustrative; you're free to adapt them for your own work, no attribution required. They're published as-is, without warranty.

You may not:

  • Republish substantial portions of any post or case study without prior written permission.
  • Use the Busyless name or marks to imply endorsement or affiliation.
  • Use our customers' names or testimonials for your own marketing.

Third-party links and services

The Site links to and embeds third-party services (Cal.com for bookings, Google Analytics when consented, Fontshare and Google Fonts for typography, external blog references). We don't control these services and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you interact with them.

No warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranty that:

  • The site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • The content (including blog posts and case studies) is accurate, complete, or current.
  • Any techniques or systems we describe will produce the same results for you.

Don't use what we publish as a substitute for professional advice, technical review, or due diligence in your own context.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Busyless will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profit, revenue, or business opportunity — arising from your use of the Site or any content on it, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site is limited to USD 100 or the amount you've paid us directly in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law (e.g. for gross negligence or willful misconduct in jurisdictions where that applies).

Changes

We may update these terms over time. The current version is always linked from the footer, with the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be summarised in a blog post or a banner on the home page; minor changes (typos, link updates) will just be made.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute should be raised first by email — we'll do our best to resolve it without formal proceedings.
