HAROLinked bills only when a mention or backlink is published. No retainer, no upfront fee, nothing owed if nothing lands. Among 38 companies here, that commercial model appears twice.
It also monitors four source platforms by name rather than relying on the feed its own brand is named after, which matters because Cision retired HARO. An agency still selling a HARO product without naming what replaced it is worth a question; this one answers it up front.

Companies testing expert-quote link building for the first time, where the pay-on-placement model removes essentially all of the downside.

HAROLinked pricing
Nothing published, which is a gap given that the whole proposition is a per-placement fee. A monthly retainer is offered as an alternative and is also unpriced.
The model still limits exposure: if nothing is published, nothing is owed. That makes the missing price less risky here than it would be at a supplier taking a retainer up front.
