Webs review
CRM implementation, Migration, Integration · Eindhoven, Netherlands
Ownership. Webs is part of the Siloy group since 2024-11, which Siloy publishes and Webs does not. Also listed in this directory: ProsperoHub, Conversion Crew, BBD Boom. Each holds its own listing and its own review count.
Every item in the Webs navigation is HubSpot. The two service lines are implementations with optimisation, and support with training; below them sit the individual hubs, integrations and a managed services practice. There is no separate marketing menu, which is unusual for a firm of this size in the Benelux.
The method is a five-phase one with a stated clock. Strategy and discovery, business process design, implement and configure, scalable growth, then training and support, with go-live inside 30 to 90 days. Managed services then splits into strategy and implementation, technology and integration, data and analysis, marketing and content, and support and training.
The stat block reports 54+ FTE HubSpot professionals, 10+ years with the platform, 300+ implementations and 500+ certificates. The office is on Oude Stadsgracht in Eindhoven, and the site's press banner names Siloy, the European HubSpot group it belongs to, as Global Partner of the Year.
Who Webs is for
Dutch and Benelux companies that want a commercial platform rebuilt on a stated timetable rather than an open-ended programme. The 30 to 90 day window is published as part of the approach, which gives a buyer something to hold the plan against.
Post-merger consolidation is a visible speciality. One client testimonial describes merging three organisations and consolidating three HubSpot portals into one environment, and another describes a two-way integration between HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics.
Strengths and limits
Strengths
- Publishes a go-live window of 30 to 90 days as part of its five-phase approach, not as a case study outcome
- Names 54+ FTE HubSpot professionals and 500+ certificates, so the delivery bench is quantified rather than described
- Runs its own community programme, with Captains Dinners for C-suite and HubSpot User Days for the people who use the portal
- Carries an RFI and RFP submission route in the top navigation, which suits a procurement-led buyer
Limits
- Article 10.3 of the general terms says nothing transfers intellectual property and that the client gets only a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use, limited to the Netherlands unless agreed otherwise
- Article 2.6 lets Webs engage third parties for the work at its own discretion, informing rather than asking the client
- The 4.75 rating on its HubSpot listing is the lowest in this batch, over 228 reviews
- No price, band or minimum engagement is published, and third-party costs sit outside the agreed fee
Webs pricing
The site carries no rate card, no package prices and no minimum, and the RFI and RFP route is the closest thing to a structured way of getting a number.
The general terms add two things worth budgeting for. Fees are quoted excluding VAT and other government levies, and the costs of engaged third parties and other disbursements are explicitly not part of the agreed fee, are reimbursed separately, and may be charged in advance.
No price appears on the site. The general terms add that third-party costs are not part of the agreed fees and are invoiced separately, and that Webs may charge them in advance.
Licences, the build, and whose hands
Does it earn on your licences
Does not say whether it earns on your licences
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
Who owns the build
Says it keeps rights in the work
“Niets in deze Voorwaarden en/of de Overeenkomst impliceert een overdracht van intellectuele eigendomsrechten.”
Who does the work
Says it uses both its own and outside people
“Webs heeft het recht om naar eigen inzicht voor de uitvoering van de opdracht indien nodig één of meerdere derden in te schakelen”
This records what Webs publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.
Who owns it
Webs is part of the Siloy group since 2024-11, which Siloy publishes and Webs does not. The wording is: “Webs, Invise and Trialta, along with investor Oak Tree Hill Capital, announce their collaboration to establish a powerhouse HubSpot platform for customer engagement.”

- Conversion CrewElite · 113 reviews
- BBD BoomElite · 254 reviews
Belonging to a group is not a drawback and can be a reason to hire one of its members. It is simply not visible on HubSpot's own directory, where each of these holds a separate listing.
Verdict
A published 30 to 90 day go-live and 54 named full-time professionals make this a straightforward shortlist entry for a Benelux company replacing its commercial systems, particularly after a merger. The community programme and the RFI route suggest a firm used to formal buying processes.
Read article 10 of the general terms before signing. Intellectual property does not transfer, the right of use is non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited to the Netherlands by default, and Webs is presumed to be the rights holder in a dispute. Anyone who needs to own the workflows and code outright, or who wants a number before a call, should resolve both up front.
