Bluleadz review

CRM implementation, Migration, Integration · Tampa, United States · Since 2009

Bluleadz has worked on HubSpot since 2009 and sells two halves of the same engagement: a go-to-market strategy layer and the technical build that puts it in the portal. The homepage argues that a strategy deck nobody can translate into HubSpot is as useless as a portal built without one.

The pricing page is the unusual part. Three paths carry a starting figure: strategy blueprints from $5,500, technical implementation from $5,000, and ongoing capacity from $600 a month. The GTM Strategy Sprint is priced flat at $30,000 for six weeks, and website work runs $5,000 for a migration, $10,000 for a theme build and $25,000 for a custom one.

It holds accreditations in solutions architecture, data migration and platform enablement, and states SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA attestation. The team page names 30 people, most of them implementation specialists, strategists or developers rather than account managers.

Who Bluleadz is for

Mid-market B2B companies that have already bought HubSpot, or are about to, and want the same supplier to write the commercial plan and configure the system against it. The published price ladder makes it easy to start small on a support tier and step up.

The monthly subscriptions are sold in points rather than hours, 10 points at $2,000 and 30 at $6,000. A buyer who wants an hourly rate to compare against will need to ask what a point buys.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • Publishes a starting figure for every service, including a flat $30,000 for the six-week GTM Strategy Sprint and $15,000 for the eight-week pillar deep dive
  • The BluShield guarantee sets out three tiers of delivery protection, including a 30 or 90 day fix-it warranty and, at the top tier, a 48-hour billing pause under its red flag protocol
  • Holds HubSpot accreditations in solutions architecture design, data migration and platform enablement, which are assessed rather than self-declared
  • States SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA attestation on the homepage, which matters for the healthcare clients it targets

Limits

  • Monthly tiers are sold in value points rather than hours, and the site never says how much work a point represents
  • Nothing on the site addresses who owns the workflows, custom code or documentation once an engagement ends
  • The HubSpot partner page still carries a block of Lorem ipsum placeholder text under the heading about clearing portal bottlenecks
  • Says nothing about whether it is compensated on the HubSpot licences it recommends, on any page including pricing

Bluleadz pricing

Three entry points are published with starting prices: The Blueprint from $5,500, The Engine from $5,000 and The Crew from $600 a month. Underneath, the GTM Planning Workshop is $5,500 for four sessions, the pillar deep dive starts at $15,000 for eight weeks, and the GTM Strategy Sprint is $30,000 for six weeks. Website projects are $5,000, $10,000 or $25,000 depending on whether you are migrating, using a theme or building custom.

The monthly Transformation Subscriptions are $600, $2,000 and $6,000, priced by points rather than hours, with each tier carrying three unspecified levels. The pricing page says fixed-scope pricing with no long-term lock-in, but does not state a notice period or a minimum term for the subscriptions.

Tier 1 Support is $600 a month for one session or support request, Tier 2 Growth is $2,000 for 10 task points and Tier 3 Accelerator is $6,000 for 30 points plus quarterly strategy. Project work starts at $5,000 for the portal build, $5,500 for the GTM Planning Workshop and $30,000 for the six-week GTM Strategy Sprint.

Licences, the build, and whose hands

Does it earn on your licences

Does not say whether it earns on your licences

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who owns the build

Does not say who owns the build

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who does the work

Does not say who does the work

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the people in your portal are employees, an offshore team or subcontractors. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

This records what Bluleadz publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.

Verdict

The $600 support tier is a cheap published way in, and it sits on the same page as a $30,000 strategy sprint. That is a rare span to find priced openly. A mid-market team that wants the commercial plan and the portal build from one supplier, and wants a rough cost before a call, gets more to work with here than most sites offer.

A points-based subscription is harder to compare against an hourly rate or a fixed scope, so a buyer who budgets by the hour will need that conversion before signing. The site is also silent on ownership of what gets built and on licence compensation. The Lorem ipsum still sitting on the partner page is worth raising too, as a question about how closely the site is kept up.
