ProsperoHub review
CRM implementation, Onboarding, Migration · London, United Kingdom
Ownership. ProsperoHub is part of the Siloy group since 2025-09. Also listed in this directory: Webs, Conversion Crew, BBD Boom. Each holds its own listing and its own review count.
ProsperoHub implements HubSpot, migrates clients onto it from other CRMs and other systems, integrates it with existing tools, and runs monthly support retainers. It is an Onboarding Accredited Partner and says it has delivered 650 or more HubSpot platform solutions. Its HubSpot listing adds accreditations in CRM implementation, custom integration and data migration.
The pricing page is the unusual part. Four tiers are named with figures: HubSpot+ onboarding from GBP 2,500, Optimise from GBP 500 to GBP 5,400 a month, Accelerate from GBP 6,000 a month, and a bespoke option. The homepage packages are sized in hours, at 50 hours over three months and from 75 hours for a full implementation.
On 2 September 2025 the firm announced it had joined Siloy, a European group that also includes Webs, Trialta, Invise, Chili Digital, BBD Boom, Conversion Crew and Vipu. Siloy says it now unites 225 HubSpot professionals across Europe and more than 50 in the UK and Ireland.
Who ProsperoHub is for
UK and EMEA companies that want a price range before a proposal call, and that can work inside a defined package rather than an open scope. Construction, finance, legal, manufacturing and technology are the sectors the HubSpot profile names.
An existing portal that runs but underperforms fits the Optimise tier, which is billed monthly and covers portal audits, data segmentation support and sales enablement planning alongside the platform work.
Strengths and limits
Strengths
- Four priced tiers on an open page, with a figure on three of them and the hours included on the homepage packages.
- Onboarding Accredited Partner status plus listed accreditations in CRM implementation, custom integration and data migration.
- Packages are sized in hours over a stated period, so the buyer can compare the quote to the effort rather than to a deliverable list.
- It names the sales methodologies clients ask it to embed, including Challenger, SPIN and MEDDIC deal qualification.
Limits
- The pricing page is still headed "Inbound Marketing & Sales Enablement Consultancy Pricing", which does not match the packages beneath it.
- Client counts vary by page: the homepage says over 800 clients and 650+ implementations, while the about page says over 600 organisations.
- The Siloy announcement says specialist resources can be deployed from the wider European network, and nothing says which parts of a build that covers.
- The solutions menu still lists marketing services such as persona development and video marketing beside the platform work.
ProsperoHub pricing
Four tiers carry figures. HubSpot+ starts at GBP 2,500 and covers the HubSpot onboarding syllabus with 50% more hours than the standard, a best practice CRM guide, data strategy and adoption planning. Optimise runs from GBP 500 to GBP 5,400 a month for ongoing optimisation, audits and data management support.
Accelerate starts at GBP 6,000 a month for a fully managed implementation across all hubs, with RevOps strategy, forecasting and tech stack integration. A bespoke tier is quoted. The homepage adds the shape: onboarding is delivered over two or three months, Onboarding+ is 50 hours over three months, and a full implementation starts at 75 hours over three months.
Four tiers are published on the pricing page. HubSpot+ onboarding from GBP 2,500, Optimise from GBP 500 to GBP 5,400 per month, Accelerate from GBP 6,000 per month for a fully managed implementation, and a bespoke tier on request.
Licences, the build, and whose hands
Does it earn on your licences
Does not say whether it earns on your licences
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
Who owns the build
Does not say who owns the build
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
Who does the work
Says it uses both its own and outside people
“Whenever it creates value for your business, we can precisely deploy specialist resources, drive complex HubSpot projects to success”
This records what ProsperoHub publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.
Who owns it

Belonging to a group is not a drawback and can be a reason to hire one of its members. It is simply not visible on HubSpot's own directory, where each of these holds a separate listing.
Verdict
Buyers who need a number before committing to a discovery call get one here, which narrows the field considerably at Elite tier. The hour-based packages also make it straightforward to compare a quote against an internal estimate of the work.
The Siloy acquisition changes what a buyer is signing up to, and it is worth asking which people sit in the London team and which would come from the wider group. The mixed marketing and platform menu means scope also needs pinning down in writing.
