On The Fuze sells a dedicated HubSpot consultant backed by a bench of specialists: automation builders, data engineers, designers and AI people. The pitch is that you hire the team rather than a project manager, and the work runs on a rolling monthly agreement rather than a scoped project.

Three tiers carry real numbers on the services page. Maintenance is $1,000 a month, Pro is $1,700 and Enterprise is $3,750. All three are month to month, with no annual contract and no cancellation fee, which is unusual in this market and is the clearest thing on the site.

It has been a HubSpot partner since 2016 and says 50 or more experts work in-house, five days a week from one office. The client count is given as 3,000 on the homepage, 2,500 on its HubSpot listing and 2,360 in the services page description.

Who On The Fuze is for

Small and mid-sized teams already paying for HubSpot Professional or Enterprise who need somebody to run the platform rather than build it once. The FAQ says those two plans are where it works best, so a Starter portal is not the fit.

Teams that want to try a partner without signing a year are the other fit, because the agreement can be ended in any month and the site repeats that twice.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • Publishes three monthly prices, $1,000, $1,700 and $3,750, on the services page rather than behind a call
  • Month to month with no annual contract and no cancellation fee, stated in the pricing block and again in the FAQ
  • Says its 50 or more experts are all in-house employees working from one office, which answers a question most sites leave open
  • Names the specialist roles you get alongside the consultant: automation, data, AI, design and development

Limits

  • The client count is published three different ways: 3,000 on the homepage, 2,500 on its HubSpot listing and 2,360 in the services page description
  • Nothing on the site or in the terms says who owns the workflows, code and documentation after an engagement ends
  • Nothing addresses whether it earns anything on the HubSpot licences it recommends
  • Its HubSpot listing gives a second office in Bogotá, Colombia, which appears nowhere on the site itself

On The Fuze pricing

Three tiers are published with monthly figures: Maintenance at $1,000 for small teams, Pro at $1,700 marked most popular, and Enterprise at $3,750 for larger scopes or tight timelines. The line under them reads no lock-in contracts, month-to-month agreement, cancel anytime.

What the tiers do not state is how much work each one buys. There is no hour count, no deliverable count and no scope table, so what separates Pro from Enterprise is settled on the free 30 minute strategy session rather than on the page.

Three published monthly tiers for its done-for-you HubSpot admin: Maintenance at $1,000, Pro at $1,700 marked most popular, and Enterprise at $3,750. All three are month to month with no lock-in and no cancellation fee.

Licences, the build, and whose hands

Does it earn on your licences

Does not say whether it earns on your licences

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who owns the build

Does not say who owns the build

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who does the work

Says its own people do the work

50+ HubSpot Experts. All in-house employees... and yes, we work together 5 days a week from our beautiful office!

This records what On The Fuze publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.

Verdict

Published monthly prices and a month-to-month agreement are the whole argument here, so the buyer this suits is one who wants HubSpot run for them without a scoped project or an annual signature. The $1,700 Pro tier is the one marked most popular and is aimed at teams with no HubSpot admin of their own.

Complex enterprise programmes are not what these tiers describe, and the FAQ puts the fit at Professional and Enterprise portals in small and mid-sized companies. Nothing published says who owns the build afterwards or whether licences carry a margin, so both belong on the first call.
