Conversion Crew review
Onboarding, CRM implementation, Integration · Rotterdam, Netherlands
Ownership. Conversion Crew is part of the Siloy group since 2025-05, which Siloy publishes and Conversion Crew does not. Also listed in this directory: ProsperoHub, Webs, BBD Boom. Each holds its own listing and its own review count.
The services list is platform work from top to bottom: onboarding and implementation, portal optimisation, web development, CRM clean-up, revenue operations, integrations, migration, a custom quote template, training and reporting. Two named connectors head the integrations menu, Exact Online and AFAS, which are the accounting and HR platforms most Dutch mid-market firms already run.
Five HubSpot accreditations are listed with the reason each was awarded: onboarding for Pro and Enterprise customers, custom integration, platform enablement for training large teams and change management, solution architecture design, and data migration from legacy CRM platforms. That set covers the full arc of a replatforming job.
Digital accessibility appears as its own service and the site carries an accessibility statement, which is a rarer commitment than it sounds and matters for Dutch public-sector and regulated buyers. The promise on the site is that within three months you will be glad you hired them.
Who Conversion Crew is for
Dutch companies whose CRM has to exchange data with Exact Online or AFAS, where a generic integration partner would have to learn the system first. Those two connectors are named in the navigation rather than buried in a case study, which is the useful signal.
Teams inheriting a messy portal are addressed directly by the CRM clean-up and portal optimisation services, and the platform enablement accreditation is specifically about training large teams through a change. Public-sector and regulated buyers will also care that accessibility is a service line.
Strengths and limits
Strengths
- Names Exact Online and AFAS connectors in the main navigation, not as case-study footnotes
- Holds five HubSpot accreditations covering onboarding, integration, enablement, architecture and data migration
- Sells digital accessibility as its own service and publishes an accessibility statement
- The offer is platform work throughout, with no marketing retainer in the services list
Limits
- Its general terms are the standard NLdigital Voorwaarden, under which the client gets a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use rather than ownership
- No price, minimum or rate appears anywhere on the site
- Team size and delivery staffing are not published
- Much of the deeper content is Dutch only, so the English site is thinner than the original
Conversion Crew pricing
Nothing is published. The site routes buyers through a decision aid and a free consultation, and every service page ends in a contact form. There is no minimum, no hourly rate and no package price.
The firm applies the NLdigital Voorwaarden as its general terms. Article 10 of that standard document places all intellectual property in developed software, websites, data files, analyses, designs and documentation with the supplier, and gives the client only the rights of use expressly granted. Buyers who need the build transferred should negotiate that specifically.
No prices published. The site sells a decision aid and a free consultation as the entry point, and its general terms are the standard NLdigital Voorwaarden rather than a bespoke contract.
Licences, the build, and whose hands
Does it earn on your licences
Does not say whether it earns on your licences
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
Who owns the build
Says it keeps rights in the work
“Een aan klant toekomend recht tot gebruik is niet-exclusief, niet-overdraagbaar, niet-verpandbaar en niet-sublicentieerbaar.”
Who does the work
Does not say who does the work
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the people in your portal are employees, an offshore team or subcontractors. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
This records what Conversion Crew publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.
Who owns it
Conversion Crew is part of the Siloy group since 2025-05, which Siloy publishes and Conversion Crew does not. The wording is: “Today, European HubSpot partner Siloy and HubSpot agency Conversion Crew announce that they are joining forces.”

Belonging to a group is not a drawback and can be a reason to hire one of its members. It is simply not visible on HubSpot's own directory, where each of these holds a separate listing.
Verdict
Dutch mid-market companies that need HubSpot connected to Exact Online or AFAS have a shorter path here than with a firm that would meet those systems for the first time on their project. The five accreditations line up with the stages of a replatforming job, and accessibility as a standing service is a real differentiator for regulated and public-sector buyers.
Procurement teams should read article 10 of the NLdigital terms before signing, because the default position leaves intellectual property with the supplier and the client with a non-transferable licence. The absence of any published price also means a call before you can judge fit on budget.
