HIVE Strategy sells HubSpot work, complex development and integrations, and growth marketing, in that order, to mid-market and enterprise companies. The pricing page carries a starting figure for eighteen separate services, which makes it one of the more legible suppliers in this market before any contact is made.

Onboarding comes in three named tiers with timelines attached: Essential at $5,000 over 30 to 60 days, Growth at $8,000 over 45 to 90 days and Enterprise Transformation at $20,000 over 60 to 90 days, each available for Marketing, Content, Sales and Service Hub. Migrations run $3,500, $7,500 and $15,000 by complexity, and a fractional HubSpot admin starts at $2,000 a month for ten hours.

The firm has productised two integrations for the education sector, SchoolMint to HubSpot at $3,000 plus $249 a month and Avela to HubSpot at $1,000 plus $99 a month, and claims each is the only one of its kind. It also runs the Denver HubSpot User Group and a virtual user group.

Who HIVE Strategy is for

Mid-market and enterprise teams, particularly in education and health, that want a fixed starting price against each piece of work before they begin scoping, and who may need development the implementation firm normally sends elsewhere.

Smaller HubSpot users with no admin of their own are covered by the fractional admin tier, ten hours a month at $2,000, which is sold separately from any campaign retainer.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • Publishes a starting price for eighteen services, with delivery timelines attached to each onboarding tier.
  • Its terms include a work product ownership clause making deliverables the client's exclusive property once paid for.
  • Sells two productised education integrations with published monthly fees rather than quoting them as bespoke work.
  • Runs the Denver and virtual HubSpot User Groups, and several team members are listed as HubSpot certified trainers.

Limits

  • The pricing page says retainers are now month to month, while the terms say the client may not terminate within the agreed terms and must give thirty days' notice at renewal.
  • HubSpot's directory records Denver, while the address on the contact page is a PO Box in Aurora, Colorado.
  • Growth marketing campaigns and paid media sit beside the platform work, so a platform-only scope needs stating.
  • Nothing is published about who does the work, and the terms refer to vendors of the agency without defining them.

HIVE Strategy pricing

Eighteen services carry a starting price. The HubSpot line runs from a $2,000 monthly fractional admin and $200 an hour training through audits at $3,000, migrations at $3,500 and advanced onboarding at $5,000. Development runs from $5,000 for custom API integrations and custom modules. Website work is the expensive end: $15,000 to migrate, $20,000 to redesign and $60,000 for an enterprise build.

Retainers are tiered at $5,000, $7,500 and $15,000 a month by how many packages they include, and the pricing page states that campaigns and retainers are month to month.

Every service carries a starting price. Fractional admin is $2,000 a month for ten hours, audits $3,000, migrations $3,500, advanced onboarding $5,000, custom API integrations $5,000, website migration $15,000 and an enterprise website $60,000. Retainers run $5k, $7.5k and $15k a month.

Licences, the build, and whose hands

Does it earn on your licences

Does not say whether it earns on your licences

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who owns the build

developed in whole or in part by the AGENCY in connection with the AGREEMENT will be the exclusive property of the CLIENT once full work has been paid for

Who does the work

Does not say who does the work

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the people in your portal are employees, an offshore team or subcontractors. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

This records what HIVE Strategy publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.

Verdict

Buyers who have to put a number in a budget before they have a supplier will get further here than almost anywhere, because the whole menu is priced and the onboarding tiers carry timelines. The work product ownership clause in the published terms answers the question most firms in this market leave open.

Organisations that want purely platform work should scope carefully, because growth marketing is one of three headline lines and the retainer tiers are described in marketing terms. The month-to-month claim on the pricing page and the termination clause in the terms also need reconciling in the contract.
