Evenbound review

CRM implementation, Onboarding, Migration

Reviewed by Eugene SuslovRead September 2026No affiliate links

Evenbound publishes a starting price for almost everything it sells, which is rare in this market. HubSpot implementation and custom integration each start at $15,000, the Success Retainer at $3,000 a month, and website builds at $20,000 on a theme or $50,000 custom.

The firm calls itself an industrial growth firm rather than a platform shop, and frames the work as an Industrial Growth System: strategy, then people, then technology, in that order. Its About page lists CRM implementation accreditation, data integration and data architecture certifications, HIPAA compliance certifications and SOC 2 Type II in progress.

Beyond the platform it runs Team-as-a-Service retainers that scale from Marketing Ops at $5,000 a month up to RevOps at $15,000, with the middle Demand Gen tier adding content strategy and paid demand generation.

Who Evenbound is for

Industrial and manufacturing companies that need HubSpot connected to an ERP and want a number before the first call. The pricing page exists so a buyer can tell whether they are in the right range, and the page says exactly that.

Portals that are already live and need administering rather than rebuilding start at the $3,000 Success Retainer, which covers admin, data hygiene, reporting optimisation, training and documentation without a project attached.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • Publishes a starting price for nine separate engagements, including implementation, integration, retainers and websites
  • Separates implementation from onboarding on the pricing page and says which is the technical build and which is adoption
  • States its security position precisely: HIPAA compliance certifications, SOC 2 Type II in progress, and experience with government, DoD and PII environments
  • Names 27 people on the About page with their roles, from the technical CRM lead to the HubSpot strategists

Limits

  • The published figures are starting points only, and the page says every engagement is scoped before a final number
  • Its HubSpot listing gives the location as Remote, and no office address appears anywhere on the site
  • Nothing states who owns the custom integration code or the documentation once the engagement ends
  • The licence question is not addressed anywhere, including on the pricing page

Evenbound pricing

The pricing page lists nine engagements with starting investments. HubSpot Implementation and Onboarding starts at $15,000 and covers portal architecture, data migration and mapping, pipeline and property setup, automation buildout and role-based training. Custom Integration and Technical Feasibility also starts at $15,000. The Success Retainer starts at $3,000 a month.

Team-as-a-Service retainers run Marketing Ops from $5,000 a month, Demand Gen from $10,000 and RevOps from $15,000, each including the tier below it. Websites start at $20,000 on a theme or $50,000 custom. AI consulting carries no figure, and the page explains that it depends on the state of the client's data and processes.

A full list of starting investments is published: implementation and onboarding from $15,000, custom integration from $15,000, the Success Retainer from $3,000 a month, Marketing Ops from $5,000 a month, Demand Gen from $10,000 a month, theme websites from $20,000 and custom websites from $50,000.

Licences, the build, and whose hands

Does it earn on your licences

Does not say whether it earns on your licences

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who owns the build

Does not say who owns the build

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who does the work

Does not say who does the work

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the people in your portal are employees, an offshore team or subcontractors. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

This records what Evenbound publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.

Verdict

A published price list is the reason to start here, and it is detailed enough to self-qualify against: $15,000 for implementation, $3,000 a month to keep a portal running, $50,000 for a custom HubSpot CMS site. Industrial and manufacturing companies with an ERP to connect are the stated audience, and the integration work is priced like the implementation rather than treated as an extra.

The Demand Gen and RevOps retainers at $10,000 and $15,000 a month carry content and paid media, so a buyer who only wants the platform administered should stay on the Success Retainer and say so. Ownership of the integration code and the licence question are both unaddressed, and the listing's location of Remote is worth resolving if on-site work matters.
