Bright Digital review
CRM implementation, Integration, Onboarding · Amsterdam, Netherlands
Ownership. Bright Digital is part of the Six & Flow group. Also listed in this directory: Six & Flow, Systony. Each holds its own listing and its own review count.
The navigation sorts the offer into three groups and HubSpot services come first: implementation, automation, integrations, CRM customisation, and training and adoption. Growth services and website services follow. The headline is grow faster with HubSpot as foundation, and the counters under it report 750 HubSpot implementations, 150 specialists, activity in 15 countries and six European branches.
The published work leans technical. Case studies describe a self-service sales flow, a Salesforce replacement, a coexistence build between HubSpot and a finance and ERP environment, and an ERP order-visibility integration. A careers site integrated with the applicant tracking system Recruitee also appears, which is the kind of connector most directories never mention.
Bright Digital absorbed Systony in December 2024, and Systony's own history page records joining it. Both firms still hold separate HubSpot listings and separate review counts, so a buyer comparing them is comparing two parts of one group.
Who Bright Digital is for
Dutch and Benelux mid-market companies replacing a CRM that has to keep talking to a finance or ERP system. The integration and CRM customisation pages are where the depth is, and the client quotes name Microsoft platform migrations, ERP coexistence and a custom IMS build rather than campaign work.
Buyers who want one supplier for the platform, the website and the marketing that runs on it will find all three in the same navigation. That breadth is the reason the growth services column exists, and it is worth deciding in advance which half of the firm you are hiring.
Strengths and limits
Strengths
- Publishes its general terms in full as an English PDF, which is rarer than it should be in this market
- Says plainly that every discipline it sells is staffed in-house, and lists the roles that make up a project team
- Integration work is the visible centre of the case studies, including ERP coexistence and applicant tracking connectors
- Six branches and 15 countries of activity, with Dutch, English and regional delivery
Limits
- Article 16 of its terms reserves all intellectual property rights including source code, so a transfer needs a separate written agreement
- Clause 4.2 also reserves the right to have certain work carried out by third parties, which sits against the in-house claim on the about page
- No price, minimum or rate is published for any service
- Digital marketing, content and AI services are a co-equal column in the navigation, so the platform remit is not the whole firm
Bright Digital pricing
Nothing is published. The only free-standing offer with a defined scope is the portal review for existing HubSpot users, which the site gives away and uses as the lead into paid work. Every service page ends in a contact form.
The general terms are the most useful commercial document on the site. They set out that deviations need a signature from management, that financial objectives are never a guarantee of results, and that intellectual property including source code stays with the firm unless a transfer is agreed in writing.
No prices on any service page. The one costed offer is a free portal review for companies already on HubSpot, used as the entry point across the site.
Licences, the build, and whose hands
Does it earn on your licences
Does not say whether it earns on your licences
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
Who owns the build
Says it keeps rights in the work
“Bright reserves all rights and powers to which it is entitled under the Dutch Copyright Act or other intellectual property rights, including (but not limited to) source codes”
Who does the work
Says its own people do the work
“Customer success managers, HubSpot consultants, digital marketers, designers, developers, and product managers. Everything you need, in-house.”
This records what Bright Digital publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.
Who owns it
Bright Digital is part of the Six & Flow group. The wording is: “Bright Digital is part of Six & Flow, an international, AI-first consultancy group fully specialized in HubSpot.”
- Six & FlowElite · 134 reviews
- SystonyElite · 100 reviews
Belonging to a group is not a drawback and can be a reason to hire one of its members. It is simply not visible on HubSpot's own directory, where each of these holds a separate listing.
Verdict
Companies in the Benelux with a finance or ERP system that must stay connected to the CRM will find the strongest evidence here. The integration case studies are specific, the team is described role by role, and the group now carries Systony's implementation history as well as its own. Publishing the full terms in English also makes the commercial relationship easy to read before you speak to anyone.
Anyone who needs the code and the workflows to be theirs at the end should raise it in the first meeting, because article 16 of the published terms reserves those rights by default. The marketing and content column is also a genuine service line rather than a footnote, so a buyer who only wants platform work should say so early.
