Ownership. Six & Flow is the parent of the Six & Flow group. Also listed in this directory: Bright Digital, Systony. Each holds its own listing and its own review count.

Six & Flow splits its offer into three lines on the homepage: HubSpot, RevOps, and data and technology. The HubSpot line covers implementation, AI and CRM enablement and training; the RevOps line adds demand generation and sales enablement; the data line covers consulting and integrations.

It publishes ISO 27001:2022 certification for information security management, which is an audited standard rather than a self-assessment and is the kind of thing an enterprise procurement team asks for early. Offices are listed in Manchester, London, Amsterdam and Dublin with separate phone numbers for each.

Its AI work is framed as an adoption problem rather than a tooling one, sold through something it calls the FLAIR Framework, aimed at moving teams from scattered experiments to a consistent approach. The case studies name The CFO Centre, the Canadian Red Cross and Boldt Real Estate.

Who Six & Flow is for

Multi-country organisations that need a HubSpot supplier which can satisfy a security review as well as a technical one. The ISO 27001:2022 certification and four European offices are the reason to shortlist this firm over a smaller domestic one.

The RevOps line includes demand generation and sales enablement, so a buyer who wants platform work only should be specific about scope. The three lines are sold separately and the homepage keeps them on separate tabs.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • Holds ISO 27001:2022 certification for information security management, which is audited rather than declared
  • Four staffed offices with their own numbers, in Manchester, London, Amsterdam and Dublin, for organisations operating across those markets
  • Publishes its full terms and conditions on the open web, including the IP, change order and payment clauses
  • The team page is split into leadership, operations, growth and delivery, so a buyer can see how the delivery side is staffed

Limits

  • Its terms say IP created in connection with the services and deliverables remains the property of Six & Flow unless the proposal expressly says otherwise
  • Assignment of content or a logo to the client only happens where agreed in advance and all sums have been paid
  • The terms require full payment in advance of any work unless the proposal states otherwise
  • Homepage statistics render as animated counters that read zero, so the project and certification figures cannot be checked from the page

Six & Flow pricing

No prices, day rates or minimum engagements are published. Every route ends in a contact form or an assessment tool, of which it offers three: RevOps maturity, AI maturity and a HubSpot ROI calculator.

The terms carry the commercial detail instead. Payment is due in full before work begins unless the proposal says otherwise, overdue invoices attract 4 percent interest, and changes go through a written change request and change order. Prices are stated to exclude the cost of acquiring third-party intellectual property such as stock photography.

No prices are published. The terms say Six & Flow invoices and requires full payment in advance of carrying out any work unless the proposal says otherwise, and set interest of 4 percent on overdue amounts.

Licences, the build, and whose hands

Does it earn on your licences

Does not say whether it earns on your licences

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who owns the build

Says it keeps rights in the work

Unless expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement or the Proposal, the Intellectual Property Rights ... shall remain vested in and be the property of Six & Flow

Who does the work

Does not say who does the work

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the people in your portal are employees, an offshore team or subcontractors. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

This records what Six & Flow publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.

Who owns it

Six & Flow is the parent of the Six & Flow group. The wording is: “Our group companies: Bright Digital, Systony, BrixCRM, Six & Flow.

Belonging to a group is not a drawback and can be a reason to hire one of its members. It is simply not visible on HubSpot's own directory, where each of these holds a separate listing.

Verdict

An organisation with a formal vendor security review will get further with Six & Flow than with most firms this size. ISO 27001:2022 is an answer rather than a promise, and four European offices cover a multi-country rollout. Publishing the full terms on the open web also lets a legal team read them before anyone books a call.

Those terms are also the reason to negotiate before signing. IP in the deliverables stays with Six & Flow unless the proposal expressly says otherwise, and payment is due in full before work starts unless the proposal changes that. A buyer who wants to own a custom build, or to pay in stages, has to get both written into the proposal rather than assume them.
