Media Junction review
CRM implementation, Migration, Integration · Saint Paul, Minnesota, United States · Since 1997
Media Junction started in 1997 in Saint Paul, Minnesota, became a HubSpot customer in 2011 and a partner later that year. Its own partner page says it was the tenth company in the world named an Elite Solutions Partner, in July 2020. The About page names 31 people and states the company is 100% woman owned.
The HubSpot practice covers strategy, implementation, development, migration, administration, training and support. The FAQ names Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho, Pipedrive, Copper, SugarCRM and spreadsheets as migration sources, and lists private apps, custom objects, APIs, portals and calculators as development work.
A second practice sells Notion strategy, onboarding and workspace design, and the pricing page gives it its own tab. Brand and content work is sold too, through named packages for copywriting, voice and tone, and design systems.
Who Media Junction is for
Buyers who want a number before a discovery call. The pricing page lists nineteen packages with a starting figure against each, which is unusual enough that it changes how the first conversation goes.
Organisations running both a CRM and a knowledge workspace get something else here. Media Junction sells Notion alongside HubSpot and says it uses both to run itself, so the overlap between the two is a question it has already had to answer internally.
Strengths and limits
Strengths
- Publishes a starting price against every package, including a $2k enterprise portal audit and a $250 hourly help desk for small fixes
- States plainly on its HubSpot partner page that it is a value added reseller, which most firms leave unsaid
- Names 31 people with roles on the About page, from Principal Solutions Architect to four technologists and three full stack developers
- Holds seven HubSpot accreditations, listed on the homepage as content experience, CRM implementation, custom integration, data migration, onboarding, platform enablement and solutions architecture
Limits
- The sitewide footer says custom web designs are the assets of Media Junction and the client jointly, and forbids reproduction without written consent, so ownership of the build is shared rather than transferred
- Notion is a co-equal practice with its own pricing tab, so HubSpot is not the whole of what the firm sells
- The HubSpot partner page still describes the offer in inbound marketing terms, which reads older than the current homepage
- No engagement term is published for the monthly Admin and Website Admin retainers
Media Junction pricing
The pricing page is the most complete of anything read in this batch. HubSpot items run Enterprise Audit $2k, Onboarding $3k, Development $10k, Implementation $15k, Website Migration $15k, Website Redesign $20k, Custom Portal $25k and Enterprise Website Design $75k. Ongoing support is Help Desk at $250 an hour, Website Admin from $1k a month and HubSpot Admin from $5k a month.
Notion is priced separately at $3k, $10k and $15k for onboarding, strategy and workspace design. A Loop Marketing retainer starts at $5k a month. Every figure is a starting point and each carries a Request a Quote or Buy Now button.
A full price list is published. Enterprise HubSpot Audit from $2k, HubSpot Onboarding from $3k, HubSpot Development from $10k, HubSpot Implementation and HubSpot Website Migration from $15k each, Help Desk at $250 an hour and HubSpot Admin from $5k a month.
Licences, the build, and whose hands
Does it earn on your licences
Says you can buy HubSpot licences through it
“HubSpot value added reseller”
Who owns the build
Says it keeps rights in the work
“All custom web designs are the virtual assets of Media Junction and our respective clients.”
Who does the work
Does not say who does the work
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the people in your portal are employees, an offshore team or subcontractors. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
This records what Media Junction publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.
Verdict
The published rate card changes the first conversation, because a buyer can put an audit, an onboarding and a year of administration into a spreadsheet before speaking to anyone. The $250 hourly help desk also gives an existing HubSpot customer a way in that does not require a project.
The footer clause on ownership is the thing to raise in the contract: custom web designs are described as the assets of both parties, with reproduction needing written consent. A buyer who expects to own the build outright, or who wants a single platform practice rather than one shared with Notion, should settle both points before signing.
