Digifianz review

CRM implementation, Onboarding, Migration · Pompano Beach, Florida, United States

Digifianz sells HubSpot in English and Spanish from listed offices in Pompano Beach, Mexico City, Madrid, Buenos Aires and Abu Dhabi. Its implementation FAQ answers the scope question directly: it says it works exclusively with HubSpot so it can offer the highest level of expertise, and integrates other tools into it rather than implementing them.

The pricing page is unusually granular. Implementation runs in four tracks, Core, Enhanced, Staff Augmentation and Custom, and around twenty add-ons carry their own prices, from a $1,060 five hour WhatsApp Business connection to a $10,340 two way integration. AI agent builds are priced at $2,120 each with the stages, meeting count and available hours listed.

Support is sold as four options labelled Help you do it, Do it with you, Do it for you and Staff Augmentation, at 5, 15, 30 and 80 or 160 hours a month. The first three are online contracting with free cancellation; staff augmentation is quarterly to annual.

Who Digifianz is for

Smaller teams that want to buy in hours rather than projects. The $1,100 a month tier buys five hours with weekly working sessions, which is a realistic entry point for a company with one or two HubSpot licences.

Companies needing a build that goes past HubSpot itself have a second route: the group also sells custom SaaS development through Cloudfianz, and publishes API migration and two way integration packages with prices attached.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • Publishes prices for support tiers, around twenty add-ons and each AI agent build, including the meeting count and the hours each one carries
  • Answers the licence purchase question openly in its implementation FAQ rather than leaving it unstated
  • States that it works exclusively with HubSpot, which makes the exclusivity claim checkable against the rest of the site
  • Publishes that 20% to 40% of its team's monthly income is a share of what the client pays, which is a compensation disclosure almost nobody makes

Limits

  • The published support tier starts at $1,100 a month while the implementation FAQ says most projects start at a minimum of $1,999 a month, so the floor is stated two ways
  • Excess hours in a support month cannot be carried into the next one
  • Nothing on the site says who owns the custom integrations and AI agents it builds
  • Homepage copy leans heavily on an argument against how agencies work, which is a framing choice a buyer may have to look past to find the scope

Digifianz pricing

Support subscriptions are $1,100 a month for 5 hours, $3,180 for 15 and $5,820 for 30, all on online contracting with free cancellation and no carry over of unused hours. Kickoff is 7 working days on the first tier and 7 to 21 on the others. Staff augmentation places a dedicated consultant at 80 or 160 hours a month on a quarterly to annual commitment.

Project work is priced through add-ons: $1,060 for five hour items such as a WhatsApp Business connection or Content Hub onboarding, $3,180 for a fifteen hour data migration, and $2,640, $8,140 or $10,340 for one way and two way integrations. The implementation FAQ separately states a $1,999 a month minimum for most projects, and contracts run one to six months for one off work or from a year for ongoing services.

Support subscriptions are published at $1,100, $3,180 and $5,820 a month for 5, 15 and 30 hours, with free cancellation. Add-ons are priced individually, from $1,060 for a five hour item to $10,340 for a two way integration. A consulting call with the CEO is listed at $500.

Licences, the build, and whose hands

Does it earn on your licences

Says you can buy HubSpot licences through it

So if you still need to purchase HubSpot, let us know and we can handle the whole process for you.

Who owns the build

Does not say who owns the build

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who does the work

Does not say who does the work

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the people in your portal are employees, an offshore team or subcontractors. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

This records what Digifianz publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.

Verdict

The rate card is the reason to start here. A buyer can price five hours a month of help, a WhatsApp connection and a data migration without a call, and free cancellation on the three support tiers keeps the first commitment small. The exclusivity statement also means the HubSpot answer is not being weighed against a second platform.

The two different published floors, $1,100 a month on the pricing page and $1,999 a month in the FAQ, need reconciling before a budget is set. Ownership of the integrations and agents is unaddressed anywhere on the site, which matters more here than usual because so much of the work is custom.
