Outreach Desk review
Productised service · Brooklyn, New York, United States · Since 2023
Outreach Desk sells per-link placements in monthly volume tiers from offices in Brooklyn and Sydney, with line-by-line buyer approval of the target list and white-label delivery for agencies.
Its pricing runs the way volume pricing normally does and the opposite way to how most headline figures are presented: $300 is the price at ten links a month, falling to $250 at twenty and $200 above that. The headline is the high-volume floor inverted, so a buyer reading $300 as the cheapest option has it backwards.
Who Outreach Desk is for
Agencies and in-house teams buying ten or more links a month who want to approve or reject targets individually.
Below ten links a month this supplier does not really have an offer, so it is not a test purchase.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Line-by-line approval of the target list, with traffic and authority shown for each
- White-label delivery under the buyer's own brand
- Around twenty industry-specific service pages, including several regulated categories
- Publishes head-to-head comparisons against named competitors
Where it falls short
- An effective minimum of ten links a month, so it is not a low-commitment option
- No replacement or removal guarantee published anywhere
- The authority commitment is a band of DR 40 to 95, not a floor
- Whether article content is written and included is not stated on the pricing page
Outreach Desk pricing
$300 a link at ten a month, $250 at twenty, and $200 at higher volume. Placements sit in an average DR 40 to 95 band, with a dedicated account manager, a toxic backlink audit and content consulting included.
Two things are missing that matter: whether the article itself is written and included, and any guarantee at all if a link is removed. Both are worth establishing before a first order.
What it says about paying publishers
Does not say either way
We found no statement on its site about whether it pays publishers for placements. That is the most common answer in this directory rather than an unusual one, and it is recorded as silence rather than treated as an admission of anything.
On target sites: you approve the sites first.
This records what Outreach Desk publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does, and a published denial is not proof of one either.
Verdict
A reasonable option for an agency buying at volume that wants approval rights on every target. The line-by-line veto is genuinely useful and not common at this price.
The missing guarantee is the thing to press on. Almost every comparable supplier here replaces a dropped link for at least six months, and this one publishes nothing. Ask what happens when a placement disappears, and get the answer in writing.
This is an independent review. Outreach Desk is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
