Yes We Sales sells HubSpot as an instrument for commercial performance, built around what it calls modern selling. The three offers are onboarding, a CRM audit and rebuild, and sales coaching that combines the CRM with AI. Integration pages cover Aircall and Qonto, and the industry pages are health, construction, food and events, and manufacturing.

Its own history explains the size. HelpSpot was founded in early 2023 by two people, Yes We Sales was built as a separate brand in February 2024, the two merged under the Yes We Sales name in February 2025, and the firm reached Diamond tier in April 2025. It says it took the HubSpot Rookie of the Year title along the way.

The numbers it publishes are 8 senior HubSpot consultants, 138 new clients in 2025, more than 100 clients supported, and 4.97 out of 5 across more than 60 client reviews. Four people are named on the agency page.

Who Yes We Sales is for

French-speaking companies buying a first proper HubSpot setup, and small teams that want the price and the delivery window before a call. The entry package is scoped for fewer than five users on a single hub.

Existing portals that teams have started working around are the other case. The audit and reset page describes simplifying pipelines, cleaning data and rationalising automations rather than rebuilding from scratch.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • Three onboarding packages priced in public, each with a stated delivery window of 4 to 6, 6 to 8, or 10 to 12 weeks.
  • Each package states what is included in countable terms: workflows per hub, dashboards, training hours and native integrations.
  • It publishes the number of senior consultants, at eight, which very few firms of any size do.
  • A free e-learning platform with more than 30 detailed HubSpot videos is open to clients, and 32 tutorials are free on the site.

Limits

  • The offer is heavily weighted to sales, and the site does not present deep marketing or service hub work.
  • Only ten integrations are recorded on its HubSpot profile, and the named integration pages are Aircall and Qonto.
  • Its HubSpot profile carries no accreditations, so the platform's own audits of implementation and migration practice have not been done.
  • The firm as it stands dates from a February 2025 merger, so the track record sits partly under two earlier brands.

Yes We Sales pricing

The onboarding page carries a heading about displaying prices for clarity and then does it. Yes We Go starts at EUR 3,900 excluding tax and is delivered in 4 to 6 weeks, covering one hub for fewer than five users with data migration, three to five workflows, two dashboards and five hours of training.

Yes We Grow starts at EUR 6,900 in 6 to 8 weeks for two hubs and fewer than ten users, with five workflows per hub, five dashboards and two native integrations.

Yes We Scale starts at EUR 9,900 in 10 to 12 weeks for three or more hubs and ten or more users, with ten workflows per hub and ten dashboards. The audit and reset is not priced but is stated as 4 to 8 weeks.

Licences, the build, and whose hands

Does it earn on your licences

Does not say whether it earns on your licences

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who owns the build

Does not say who owns the build

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who does the work

Does not say who does the work

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the people in your portal are employees, an offshore team or subcontractors. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

This records what Yes We Sales publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.

Verdict

A French company buying its first serious HubSpot build gets a price, a scope and a delivery window from the website, which removes most of the guesswork before a call. The sales coaching that runs alongside the build addresses the part that usually decides whether a CRM gets used.

Marketing-heavy or service-heavy portals are a weaker match, because the whole offer is angled at commercial performance. There are no accreditations on its HubSpot profile either, so a complex migration or integration should be scoped carefully before the fixed price is agreed.
