RedPandas Digital review
Onboarding, CRM implementation, Integration · Sydney, Australia
Pricing is the first item in the navigation, and behind it sits a genuine rate card. Onboarding comes in three shapes at $5,900, $15,000 and $38,000, the difference being whether the client does the work or the firm does. Optimisation is a $25,000 three-month project, integrations start at $12,500 plus GST, and two support retainers are listed at $3,500 and $6,500 a month.
The onboarding page goes further than pricing its own work. It states HubSpot's own Professional onboarding fee, explains the difference between buying direct and buying through a partner, and warns that sub-$1,000 onboarding packages usually mean little hands-on execution and work done by offshore staff or junior staff. It also says a partner can often negotiate a better ongoing monthly fee.
The about page narrows the offer deliberately: four things, being HubSpot onboarding, fixing existing portals, HubSpot websites and generating leads with paid media. It describes a senior-only onshore team and says the ideal client has a sales cycle of a month to a year, an internal sales team and a marketing function.
Who RedPandas Digital is for
Australian and New Zealand companies that want to compare quotes on real numbers rather than sit through three discovery calls first. The package descriptions say who does the work in each tier, which makes a $5,900 coaching engagement and a $15,000 delivered one easy to tell apart.
Teams with a HubSpot portal that never got finished are the second clear fit, addressed by the fix up product and its published $25,000 three-month scope. The 90 day warranty period listed in the Pro package is a commitment few competitors put in writing.
Strengths and limits
Strengths
- Publishes a full rate card covering onboarding, optimisation, integrations and two support retainers
- Tells buyers what HubSpot's own onboarding costs and how buying direct differs from buying through a partner
- Names a 90 day warranty period and an Australian delivery team as package inclusions
- 48 integrations built for the HubSpot marketplace, behind a published $12,500 integration floor
Limits
- Paid media, SEO and inbound lead generation are co-equal service lines, and several case studies report traffic and advertising results rather than platform outcomes
- The services page headline is about wasted marketing spend, which reads differently from the platform-led homepage
- Nothing is published about who owns custom integration code at the end of a project
- Prices exclude GST and are Australian, so overseas buyers need to convert before comparing
RedPandas Digital pricing
The onboarding ladder is published in full. Fundamentals at $5,900 is guidance and coaching where the client does the work. Managed Onboarding Pro at $15,000 is execution and training with sales and marketing dashboards, full documentation, an Australian team, a 90 day warranty period and AI training. Enterprise hubs are $38,000. A separate page gives a one hub Professional onboarding fee of $11,400 plus GST against HubSpot's own $5,700 plus GST guided programme.
Ongoing work is also priced. A HubSpot optimisation sprint is a $25,000 three-month project, the Fundamental support retainer is $3,500 a month for reactive priority support, and the Proactive retainer is $6,500 a month with a maturity scorecard, quarterly strategy sessions and weekly check-ins. Custom integrations are quoted case by case from $12,500 plus GST.
Every package carries a number. Managed Onboarding Fundamentals is $5,900 where the client does the work, Managed Onboarding Pro is $15,000 where the firm does it, enterprise onboarding is $38,000, a HubSpot optimisation sprint is a $25,000 three-month project, custom integrations start at $12,500 plus GST, and support retainers run $3,500 or $6,500 a month.
Licences, the build, and whose hands
Does it earn on your licences
Says you can buy HubSpot licences through it
“You can purchase directly from HubSpot or an experienced partner agency like RedPandas.”
Who owns the build
Does not say who owns the build
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
Who does the work
Says its own people do the work
“an onshore team that actually answers your calls”
This records what RedPandas Digital publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.
Verdict
Australian buyers comparing two or three suppliers can do most of the comparison before making contact, because this firm prices every product it sells and says which tier includes execution and which does not. The published warning about what a cheap onboarding package actually buys is the kind of thing most competitors leave unsaid.
Readers looking strictly for platform work should know that paid media and SEO are full service lines here, not adjacencies, and that a good share of the published results are traffic and advertising figures. Code ownership is not addressed on the site, and every price is Australian and excludes GST.
