MakeWebBetter review
Onboarding, CRM implementation, Integration · Lucknow, India
MakeWebBetter runs two menus side by side. The products menu holds connectors it built and sells: HubSpot integrations for WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Magento, Shopline and Shopify, a WhatsApp integration, FormPay for taking payments through HubSpot forms, automated coupons, themes, and a data orchestration tool called MakeWebBetter Connect.
The services menu holds the work around them: an AI audit, onboarding, custom integration, consulting, migration, development and inbound marketing. The framing on the homepage is turning HubSpot into a smart growth engine, and it describes itself as a business transformation architect for sales, marketing, service and operations.
It says it has helped more than 25,000 customers, holds a HubSpot Premier Integration Partner badge alongside its Solutions Partner tier, is ISO 9001 certified, has a NASSCOM accreditation and has won a place on Deloitte's Fast 50 six times. Offices are listed in Portland, Oregon and Lucknow.
Who MakeWebBetter is for
Ecommerce businesses whose store data has to reach HubSpot. If you run WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, Shopify or Shopline, the connector is a product this firm already owns and maintains, so the integration is not a bespoke build quoted from scratch.
Smaller teams buying a first hub are the other reader. The published onboarding figures start at $500 for a Starter hub, and the project timeline FAQ says focused plugin setups and CRM optimisations run one to two weeks, against a few months for full enterprise migrations.
Strengths and limits
Strengths
- Owns and maintains the ecommerce connectors it sells, so a WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce or Shopify link is a product rather than a bespoke quote
- Publishes a per hub onboarding price table covering Starter, Professional and Enterprise for Marketing, Sales and Service Hub
- Holds a HubSpot Premier Integration Partner badge alongside the Solutions Partner tier, plus ISO 9001 and NASSCOM accreditation
- Gives indicative timelines rather than only scope, at one to two weeks for a focused setup and a few months for a full enterprise migration
Limits
- Partner tier language disagrees across its own site: the homepage says Diamond, the about page says Elite Solutions Partner and also Platinum Solutions Partner, while HubSpot's listing shows Diamond
- Only onboarding is priced; integration, migration, consulting and development work carries no figure
- Headcount is not published, and neither is the split of work between the Portland and Lucknow offices
- Nothing is published about who owns custom integration code, or about HubSpot licences
MakeWebBetter pricing
The onboarding page answers the cost question with what it calls a generic pricing structure. Marketing Hub is $500 for Starter, $1,500 for Professional and $2,000 for Enterprise. Sales Hub and Service Hub are $500, $1,000 and $1,800 across the same three tiers. The page adds that these may vary with requirements and that each plan is customisable.
Nothing else carries a number. Custom integration, migration, consulting, development and the connector products themselves all route to a free consultation or a product page. The contact FAQ gives timelines instead of prices, putting plugin setups and CRM optimisations at one to two weeks and full enterprise CRM migrations or custom integrations at a few months.
The onboarding FAQ publishes a generic table: Marketing Hub at $500, $1,500 and $2,000 for Starter, Professional and Enterprise, and Sales Hub and Service Hub at $500, $1,000 and $1,800. The page says the structure may vary with requirements.
Licences, the build, and whose hands
Does it earn on your licences
Does not say whether it earns on your licences
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
Who owns the build
Does not say who owns the build
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
Who does the work
Names an offshore delivery team
“We operate globally with primary offices in the US and India, serving clients across multiple time zones.”
This records what MakeWebBetter publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.
Verdict
Online retailers who need store data flowing into HubSpot should look here first, because the connector for their platform already exists as a maintained product and the services sit beside it. The published onboarding table also makes a small first purchase easy to size.
The tier language on its own site is inconsistent, naming Diamond, Elite and Platinum on different pages against a Diamond badge on HubSpot's listing, so check the current standing directly. A buyer who needs the delivery location, the headcount or a written answer on code ownership will also have to ask.
