Ownership. Blue Frog is part of the Avidly group since 2024-12. Also listed in this directory: Avidly. Each holds its own listing and its own review count.

The migration record is the clearest thing on the site. Blue Frog has taken HubSpot's Platform Migration Excellence award in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025, and each entry names the job: a CMS migration for an electronics manufacturer, a custom portal integrated with ConnectWise, an insurer moved off Zendesk, and a Content Hub replatform. Its HubSpot listing headline leads with the same four wins.

Buyers are sorted by engagement shape rather than service. One route is a long-term strategic partnership, one is on-demand tactical support for HubSpot tasks, and one is a defined project such as onboarding, a systems integration or a website rebuild. The firm's own summary is that it drives revenue operations growth for companies that use HubSpot.

The partner page claims membership of a group of seven partners that have completed every HubSpot accreditation, and three team members passing HubSpot's certified training programme. Apollo.io, Clay and ZoomInfo sit beside HubSpot as growth platforms, which is a sales-stack adjacency rather than a second practice.

Who Blue Frog is for

Companies leaving a legacy CRM, help desk or CMS where the risk is losing reporting history and process continuity. The four award write-ups are the most specific migration evidence in the directory, and the tactical support route exists for teams that only need a particular job done rather than a relationship.

Mid-market North American buyers who want the option of on-site visits will find that in the client reviews, one of which names in-person visits as the reason the relationship worked. The firm is part of Avidly, so larger multi-market work can escalate into that group.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • Four consecutive HubSpot Impact Awards for Platform Migration Excellence, each tied to a named, described project
  • Three clearly separated ways to buy, including on-demand tactical support with no ongoing relationship
  • States that tactical work is done by an in-house team rather than routed elsewhere
  • Sales-stack enablement for Apollo.io, Clay and ZoomInfo sits alongside the CRM work rather than replacing it

Limits

  • The homepage headline sells a growth agency, so the migration depth only shows once you open the partner page
  • Strategic partnerships include inbound marketing and B2B lead generation as engagement types, which is a different purchase
  • No pricing, no minimum and no indication of what a tactical support block costs
  • Nothing is published about who owns the custom development or the documentation at the end

Blue Frog pricing

No figure appears anywhere on the site, and there is no pricing page. The three engagement shapes are described by commitment level rather than cost, which at least tells a buyer whether they are being sold a retainer, a block of hours or a fixed project before the first call.

HubSpot's directory places the firm in the $5,000 and above band. The site does not confirm or contradict that, and the tactical support route implies smaller purchases are possible without saying what they cost.

No prices. The site sorts buyers by engagement shape instead: a long-term strategic partnership, on-demand tactical support billed as needed, or a defined project such as an onboarding, an integration or a website rebuild.

Licences, the build, and whose hands

Does it earn on your licences

Does not say whether it earns on your licences

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who owns the build

Does not say who owns the build

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who does the work

Says its own people do the work

Get support when you need it with on-demand assistance from our team of in-house experts who can work with you on tactical projects from custom development to personalized training.

This records what Blue Frog publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.

Who owns it

Blue Frog is part of the Avidly group since 2024-12. The wording is: “Avidly, a leading international growth design company and 5 x HubSpot Global Partner of the Year, announced its acquisition of Blue Frog

Belonging to a group is not a drawback and can be a reason to hire one of its members. It is simply not visible on HubSpot's own directory, where each of these holds a separate listing.

Verdict

Replatforming projects are where the published evidence is strongest, and four consecutive years of the same award for the same category is an unusually specific piece of migration evidence. The tactical support option is also genuinely useful for teams that want a fixed job done without signing a retainer.

Readers who want a pure platform shop should know the strategic partnership route bundles inbound marketing and lead generation, and that the homepage leads with growth rather than with the CRM. The firm is now part of Avidly, which is also listed here, so anyone shortlisting both is shortlisting one group twice.
