6Minded review
CRM implementation, Onboarding, Integration · Remote, Poland
6Minded began with its founder's first HubSpot project in 2015, for Docplanner Group, and took on its name and first full time employees in 2019. The About page publishes a year by year timeline: 50 clients by 2020, Platinum in 2021, Diamond and 150 clients in 2022, and 300 implementations by 2024 including Strava, Nortal and Siegfried.
Implementation is sold in three named tracks rather than one package. Assisted onboarding suits a team with CRM knowledge that wants a second pair of eyes, Technical implementation suits documented processes that need building, and End-to-end covers mapping through to training for a team with no internal CRM specialist.
The 6Minded Guarantee is the unusual commitment. It says any solution, workflow or automation it implements will work as originally intended for the full duration of the client's active HubSpot licence, that fixes do not consume support hours or retainer time, and that it holds whether or not a support plan is bought afterwards.
Who 6Minded is for
European teams that want a published floor before scoping. The 1,500 euro assisted onboarding figure is a real starting point rather than a from price, and the implementation FAQ says so in those words.
Buyers moving away from an existing HubSpot partner are named directly in the About page's next chapter, which describes taking on clients transitioning from another partner. The guarantee makes that switch less risky than it usually is.
Strengths and limits
Strengths
- Guarantees any workflow or automation it builds for the life of the client's active HubSpot licence, with fixes excluded from support hours or retainer time
- Publishes a real entry price, 1,500 euro for assisted onboarding on a Professional licence, and calls it the floor to plan around
- Sells implementation in three tracks with a published test for choosing between them, based on process maturity and internal CRM skill
- Says its 20+ specialists are in house, and names 25 team members with roles and tenure on the About page
Limits
- The About timeline says the firm reached Elite in June 2025, while its HubSpot listing showed Diamond Solutions Partner when read on 20 September 2026
- Only the entry track carries a price; Technical implementation, End-to-end and the three support plans are all quoted after scoping
- Websites, content and search optimisation are sold as a separate practice, so platform work is not the whole offer
- Nothing is published on ownership of the build or on whether it is compensated on the licences it helps clients choose
6Minded pricing
One number is published and it is a floor rather than a from price: assisted onboarding projects start at 1,500 euro for clients on a Professional licence, stated in the implementation FAQ as the figure to plan around before scoping. Timelines are published alongside it: assisted onboarding takes a few weeks at the client's pace, while the other two tracks run one to three months on Professional and three months or more on Enterprise.
Everything else is quoted after discovery. The end to end page adds a detail worth noting, that if the scope turns out smaller than first quoted the price is adjusted down and some clients pay less than the original quote. Support plans are named Launchpad, Care and Growth but carry no figures.
Assisted onboarding starts at 1,500 euro for clients on a Professional licence, which the implementation FAQ calls the floor to plan around. The other two tracks, Technical implementation and End-to-end, are quoted after scoping, and three support plans named Launchpad, Care and Growth are unpriced.
Licences, the build, and whose hands
Does it earn on your licences
Does not say whether it earns on your licences
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
Who owns the build
Does not say who owns the build
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
Who does the work
Says its own people do the work
“Once a team of one, today, 6Minded counts 20+ in-house HubSpot, web design, development, and content specialists.”
This records what 6Minded publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.
Verdict
The guarantee is the reason to look closely. A written commitment that an automation keeps working for the life of the licence, with fixes outside the retainer and no requirement to keep buying support, shifts risk in a way almost nothing else in this market does. Pair it with a published 1,500 euro floor and the first purchase is easy to size.
The tier discrepancy needs a direct question: the About timeline claims Elite from June 2025 while the HubSpot listing read Diamond. A buyer wanting platform work only should also note that websites, content and search optimisation are a co-equal practice here rather than an add-on.
