Rhino Rank sells individual placements rather than retainers, from a Shrewsbury operation with forty or more UK employees, and it is the only supplier in this directory pricing one product by referring domains while pricing another by Moz DA.
That distinction is the single most important thing to understand about its headline price. A $60 curated link is banded at twenty to a hundred referring domains, which means a site with as few as twenty. It is not a $60 version of a competitor's $99 DR 20+ link. It is a different measurement entirely, and the site does not flag the difference.

Traffic floors only appear from the RD 500+ tier upward. Below that, a placement can sit on a site with essentially no readership and still meet the published specification.

Do not compare its $60 against another supplier's $99 without converting. Those two prices are measured on different instruments, and at the entry tier there is no traffic condition at all, which is usually where the real difference in a link's value sits.
