Simple Strat describes itself as a fully remote, US-based HubSpot consulting firm for small and mid-sized B2B organisations, with early roots in Lincoln, Nebraska. The about page names 15 people, and most of them carry the title HubSpot solutions consultant.

Its services are named after the problems rather than the methods. Fix My HubSpot is the remedial one, three fixed prices for an audit plus a set number of implemented recommendations. Managed services is an outsourced HubSpot admin on a monthly plan. The Buyer Journey Workshop maps customer data through the platform before anything gets built.

It also runs HubSpot Hacks, a tutorial channel with more than 25,000 subscribers, which is unusual for a firm this size. A prospective client can watch the team work through real platform problems before paying anything.

Who Simple Strat is for

Small and mid-market B2B companies without a dedicated HubSpot administrator, which is precisely how the managed services page describes its own buyer. The $995 entry plan is three implementation hours a month plus biweekly consulting, so the capacity being bought is explicit.

Fix My HubSpot suits a different case: an inherited or drifted portal where the problem is not knowing what is wrong. Its three prices are tied to the audit depth, 1.5, 2.5 or 5 hours, and how many of the recommendations get implemented.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • Publishes every managed services price monthly and annually, with the implementation hours and the overage rate for each tier
  • Managed services run month to month, which the page states explicitly as removing the risk of a long commitment
  • Fix My HubSpot carries three fixed prices, $3,400, $4,950 and $7,800, tied to audit depth and the number of recommendations implemented
  • Publishes a large free tutorial library on HubSpot Hacks, so a buyer can assess the team's platform knowledge before spending anything

Limits

  • Nothing on the site says who owns the workflows, integrations or custom work once an engagement ends
  • There is no statement about whether it is compensated on HubSpot licences, although its managed plans include an annual HubSpot renewal review
  • Onboarding and implementation projects are not priced, unlike managed services and Fix My HubSpot
  • Security centre and standard operating procedure monitoring only appear on the two more expensive managed tiers

Simple Strat pricing

Managed services are published in full. Basic is $995 a month or $10,950 a year for 3 implementation hours and biweekly consulting. Standard is $1,895 or $20,950 for 8 hours and weekly consulting, Advanced $3,095 or $34,050 for 15 hours, and Enterprise is custom at 30 plus hours. Additional hours cost $180, $175 or $165 depending on tier, and all plans are month to month.

Fix My HubSpot is priced by audit depth and implementation volume. It runs $3,400 for a brief audit and 1 to 2 recommendations, $4,950 for a standard audit and 3 to 4, and $7,800 for a thorough five-hour audit and 5 to 6. Onboarding, implementation and website work are not priced and go through a call.

Managed services run $995, $1,895 and $3,095 a month, or $10,950, $20,950 and $34,050 a year, for 3, 8 and 15 implementation hours a month, month to month. Extra hours are $180, $175 or $165. Fix My HubSpot is a fixed $3,400, $4,950 or $7,800 depending on how many recommendations get implemented.

Licences, the build, and whose hands

Does it earn on your licences

Does not say whether it earns on your licences

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who owns the build

Does not say who owns the build

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who does the work

Does not say who does the work

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the people in your portal are employees, an offshore team or subcontractors. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

This records what Simple Strat publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.

Verdict

Small B2B teams with no HubSpot administrator get an unusually clear offer here: a named monthly figure, a stated number of implementation hours, a published overage rate, and no minimum term. Fix My HubSpot gives the same clarity to the messier problem of an inherited portal, with the audit depth written into the price.

Ownership of what gets built is never addressed on the site, and the initial onboarding and implementation projects are the one part of the range without a price. A buyer whose main purchase is the implementation rather than the ongoing admin will still be starting from a call.
