Process Pro Consulting review

CRM implementation, Onboarding, Integration · Austin, Texas, United States

The offer is five services and every one of them is HubSpot: implementation, projects, monthly support, integrations and custom development, and onboarding. The headline is HubSpot, your way, and the firm calls itself a one-stop shop for HubSpot operations. There is no marketing retainer and no second platform anywhere in the navigation.

Two prices are published and both are useful. Implementation starts at $7,500 and the page says the firm avoids one-size-fits-all packages, asking for one to two meetings and one to two hours of client time a week. Monthly support starts at $2,500 a month on a month-to-month contract, and the FAQ states there is no minimum engagement.

Onboarding and implementation are separated rather than blurred. Onboarding is six one-hour sessions over six weeks where the client's team does the setup with guidance, and implementation is the white glove version with custom properties, custom automation and data migrations. The firm says it holds HubSpot onboarding accreditation for every hub.

Who Process Pro Consulting is for

Growth-stage companies that need a fractional HubSpot administrator rather than a project. The monthly support product is described in exactly those terms, sold as extra capacity and strategy alongside an existing team, and the month-to-month contract makes it easy to start and stop.

Teams that have been told HubSpot cannot do something will find the custom development page written for them, covering custom-coded actions, custom objects and data synchronisation across platforms. The founders both came from process consulting at large firms, which shows in how the work is framed.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • Publishes both an implementation floor and a support floor, which few firms do
  • Month-to-month support contract with a stated absence of any minimum engagement
  • Draws a clear line between guided onboarding and delivered implementation, and prices them differently
  • The whole offer is HubSpot, with no competing platform or marketing retainer in the navigation

Limits

  • The published figures are starting points, so real scope still needs a conversation
  • Support hours are agreed case by case rather than published as a fixed allowance
  • Nothing is published about who owns custom-coded actions or objects after the engagement
  • Nothing is published about delivery staffing or whether development is contracted out

Process Pro Consulting pricing

Implementation starts at $7,500 and is deliberately scoped per client, with the page noting the minimum viable requirements should go live first so adoption can begin. Monthly support starts at $2,500 a month and includes weekly or fortnightly meetings, sprint planning, technical consulting, HubSpot administration and new feature support, on a month-to-month contract.

The support FAQ adds two things worth knowing. A set number of hours a month is agreed against the client's goals rather than sold as a fixed block, and there is no minimum engagement. Integration pricing is tailored to the requirement and carries no published floor.

Two figures are published. HubSpot implementation starts at $7,500, and monthly support starts at $2,500 a month on a month-to-month contract, with the site stating there is no minimum engagement and that hours are set against the client's goals.

Licences, the build, and whose hands

Does it earn on your licences

Does not say whether it earns on your licences

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who owns the build

Does not say who owns the build

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who does the work

Does not say who does the work

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the people in your portal are employees, an offshore team or subcontractors. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

This records what Process Pro Consulting publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.

Verdict

Companies that need ongoing HubSpot administration without signing a twelve month agreement get a direct answer here, because the support product is priced, month-to-month and explicitly has no minimum. Publishing an implementation floor as well means a buyer can judge fit on budget before booking a call.

Buyers wanting a fixed total will still need scoping, since both published figures are starting points and support hours are agreed rather than listed. Ownership of custom-coded actions and objects is not addressed on the site and is worth settling before a bespoke build begins.
