Pearagon review

CRM implementation, Onboarding, Migration · Draper, Utah, United States · Since 2016

Pearagon was founded in 2016 by Davey Warren and reached HubSpot Diamond tier in 2022. All eight of its solutions are HubSpot solutions, from implementation and migration through integrations, admin support and project engagements, and no channel marketing work appears on the menu.

The clearest published product is HubSpot Admin Services: a structured three month programme with 30 pre-purchased hours, weekly 30 minute check-ins, a jointly managed backlog, transparent hour tracking and monthly reports. The page also says what the programme is not, which is a replacement for a full project.

The About page dates the firm's milestones year by year, and the implementation page positions the work as enterprise scale with structured change management. Its own implementation counts differ between pages, which is worth raising on a call.

Who Pearagon is for

Midsize and corporate companies moving onto HubSpot from a legacy CRM, where the risk is data integrity and user adoption rather than campaign output. Change management is sold as a named service, with stakeholder communication, an adoption strategy and success metrics.

Portals that are already live and need maintaining rather than rebuilding are served by the 30 hour admin block, and the page is explicit that new business processes, integrations and custom development fall outside it.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • Every solution on the menu is a HubSpot solution, with no channel marketing services attached
  • The admin programme publishes its structure precisely: three months, 30 pre-purchased hours, weekly check-ins and monthly reports
  • It also publishes what the admin programme is not, naming new business processes, integrations and custom development as out of scope
  • The About page dates the company's history year by year, from founding in 2016 to Diamond tier in 2022

Limits

  • The implementation count differs across the site: 500 or more on the About page, 2,000 or more on the implementation page and homepage, and over 400 on its HubSpot listing
  • The three client quotes on the About page are attributed to names and a company, TechCorp, that appear nowhere else on the site
  • No rate is published for the 30 pre-purchased hours, so the admin programme's structure is public but its price is not
  • Nothing states who does the work, who owns the build afterwards, or whether licences carry a margin

Pearagon pricing

There is no price list. The HubSpot Admin Services page is the single page carrying a published structure: a three month block of 30 pre-purchased hours, sold as a way to keep an existing portal running, with additional support available at what the page calls standard rates. Those rates are not shown.

Implementation, migration, integration and the growth retainers carry no figures at all, and every button leads to a contact form. The stated benefit of the admin block is a predictable budget, which is hard to act on without the hourly figure.

The one published structure is the HubSpot Admin Services programme: a three month block of 30 pre-purchased hours with weekly 30 minute check-ins, a shared backlog and monthly reports. No rate for those hours, and no price for implementation, migration or integration, appears anywhere.

Licences, the build, and whose hands

Does it earn on your licences

Does not say whether it earns on your licences

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who owns the build

Does not say who owns the build

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who does the work

Does not say who does the work

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the people in your portal are employees, an offshore team or subcontractors. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

This records what Pearagon publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.

Verdict

A HubSpot-only menu and a Utah base since 2016 make Pearagon a straightforward choice for a midsize or corporate buyer whose problem is the platform rather than the pipeline. The migration and change management pages are the strongest part of the site and match what the firm says it does most.

Its own published counts do not agree with one another, and the About page quotes are attributed to names that appear nowhere else, so ask for referenceable clients on the first call. Nothing is priced, including the pre-purchased hours, and the ownership and licence questions go unanswered.
