New Breed review

CRM implementation, Migration, Integration · Burlington, Vermont, United States

Reviewed by Eugene SuslovRead September 2026No affiliate links

New Breed sells HubSpot migration, implementation and custom integration work to B2B companies from Burlington, Vermont. Its own account is that it joined HubSpot's partner programme at the start and has worked on the platform for close to two decades. The homepage claims more than 500 HubSpot implementations and over 475 accreditations and certifications across the team.

The about page lists eight HubSpot accreditations and says the firm holds every one available, including advanced CMS implementation, custom integration, data migration and solutions architecture design. It also ships its own lead routing app, Distributely, on a separate subdomain, so some of the integration work is productised rather than bespoke to one client.

Beside the platform work it sells demand generation, paid advertising, content with SEO and AEO, website development, graphic design and account-based marketing. A published FAQ answer says every one of those disciplines is staffed internally rather than passed to another firm.

Who New Breed is for

B2B companies moving onto HubSpot from another CRM, or trying to get more out of a portal that is already live, and who would rather one firm carried both the platform build and the campaigns that run on top of it.

Buyers who need a number before a conversation will not find one. The page called Pricing publishes no figures at all and sends every enquiry to an advisor for a custom quote.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • Answers the outsourcing question directly in a published FAQ, saying the work is done entirely in-house.
  • Lists eight HubSpot accreditations by name, including data migration, custom integration and solutions architecture design.
  • Publishes an annual State of HubSpot report plus ROI and total cost of ownership calculators rather than case studies alone.
  • Runs its own HubSpot lead routing app, Distributely, so the development claim has a shipped product behind it.

Limits

  • No price appears anywhere on the site, including on the page named Pricing.
  • Nine marketing and creative disciplines sit beside the platform work in the menu, so a platform-only scope needs writing down carefully.
  • The contact page still invites you to exceed your 2023 goals, so parts of the copy have not been refreshed.
  • Nothing is published about who owns the code, workflows or documentation once an engagement ends.

New Breed pricing

Nothing is published. The pricing page says the firm provides solutions, not pricing plans, and asks you to contact an advisor for a tailored quote. HubSpot's directory listing records a budget band of $5,000 and up, but that figure does not appear on the firm's own site.

The two calculators it does publish, for HubSpot ROI and total cost of ownership, both price the software rather than the engagement, so they will not tell you what New Breed costs.

The page at /pricing carries no figures. It says the firm provides solutions rather than pricing plans and routes every enquiry to an advisor for a custom quote.

Licences, the build, and whose hands

Does it earn on your licences

Does not say whether it earns on your licences

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who owns the build

Does not say who owns the build

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who does the work

Says its own people do the work

New Breed's work is done entirely in-house by a team of certified HubSpot experts and cross-functional strategists.

This records what New Breed publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.

Verdict

Close to two decades on the platform, eight accreditations and a published in-house delivery claim make this a reasonable shortlist entry for a B2B company that wants one firm to own both a HubSpot migration and the demand generation running on it. The Distributely app is checkable evidence that the development side is real rather than a line in a menu.

Teams that want a fixed-scope platform project and a number before a sales call will find this slower going. Every route into the firm ends at a custom quote, and the breadth of the marketing menu means the line between platform work and campaign work has to be drawn in the statement of work.
