MLX Digital Marketing review

CRM implementation, Onboarding, Sales enablement

Reviewed by Eugene SuslovRead September 2026No affiliate links

MLX trades under two names on its own site: MLX Digital Marketing in the page titles and MLX Consulting in the copyright line and the meta title, which describes it as an agence CRM HubSpot and RevOps. The homepage heading is simply Partenaire HubSpot, and the promise underneath is to bring sales, marketing and customer service teams onto HubSpot CRM.

Four services are sold: CRM and sales enablement, marketing automation, inbound marketing and website design using growth-driven design. The about page describes the firm as a small team and says its expertise sits in inbound marketing and marketing automation strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.

Four case studies are published. Whyse Média chose MLX to deploy HubSpot CRM and equip its sales team, Wayden had a marketing and sales strategy implemented, and Champagne Charpentier and the industrial firm SAJUMO were both website rebuilds, the former on HubSpot CMS.

Who MLX Digital Marketing is for

Small and mid-sized French companies putting HubSpot in for the first time who want the CRM deployment and the campaigns that follow from the same small team.

Organisations comparing suppliers on published detail should set expectations. The site runs to four short service pages and four case studies, with no team page, no address and no pricing.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • Leads with the platform: the homepage heading is Partenaire HubSpot and the first service listed is CRM and sales enablement.
  • Carries a Diamond tier and 97 HubSpot reviews, which is a strong third-party record for a team of this size.
  • Case studies name the client and the job, including a HubSpot CRM deployment for an advertising sales house and a HubSpot CMS rebuild.
  • Sells a narrow menu of four services rather than a long list, so the scope of an engagement is easy to picture.

Limits

  • Two of the four services are marketing, and the about page names inbound marketing and lead generation as the firm's area of expertise.
  • No office address, team page, headcount or founding year is published anywhere on the site.
  • Nothing is published on pricing, licence purchasing, ownership of the build, or who does the work.
  • The CRM service page is largely generic material on why a CRM matters rather than a description of the firm's own method.

MLX Digital Marketing pricing

Nothing is published. There is no pricing page, no rate card and no minimum engagement anywhere on the site, and the contact page offers only a conversation about a HubSpot CRM project.

HubSpot's directory records the budget as any budget, which suggests the firm takes small engagements, but no figure is confirmed on the firm's own site.

No price, rate or minimum is published. The contact page offers only a conversation about a HubSpot CRM project.

Licences, the build, and whose hands

Does it earn on your licences

Does not say whether it earns on your licences

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who owns the build

Does not say who owns the build

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who does the work

Does not say who does the work

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the people in your portal are employees, an offshore team or subcontractors. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

This records what MLX Digital Marketing publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.

Verdict

French companies buying their first HubSpot licence and wanting a small team to deploy it and run the first campaigns will find the offer here straightforward, and 97 reviews at Diamond level is a substantial record for a firm this size.

Buyers with a technical requirement, a migration off Salesforce, an ERP integration, a custom object model, should look for evidence elsewhere. The site publishes no integration or migration service, no development capability and no pricing, so all of that has to be established on the call.
