Marketing Management IO review
CRM implementation, Onboarding, Migration · Torreilles, France · Since 2015
MMIO was founded in 2015, before HubSpot had a French office, and its about page dates every step from Silver in 2017 through Gold in 2018, Platinum in 2019 and Diamond in 2020. It now claims 15 experts, more than 200 deployed portals and more than 200 projects.
It runs three offices: Torreilles in mainland France, Saint-Denis on Reunion, and Valencia in Spain. The footer describes the firm as a RevOps practice specialising in HubSpot, and it holds named technology partnerships with Pennylane, Oneflow, Aircall and PandaDoc, each with its own integration page.
In 2023 it obtained Qualiopi certification, valid to 12 September 2028, which makes its HubSpot training courses eligible for French OPCO and CPF funding. That is a practical difference for a French buyer, because part of the training spend can come from a different budget.
Who Marketing Management IO is for
French-speaking companies that want a RevOps engagement rather than a one-off setup, and that would like the training component funded through the French system. The Qualiopi certification is the mechanism, and it is dated on the site.
Buyers who need HubSpot connected to French business software are well served, since Pennylane, Oneflow, Aircall and PandaDoc each have a dedicated integration page rather than sitting inside a general promise. Renault and LLUM are the two named clients on the about page.
Strengths and limits
Strengths
- Publishes a day rate of EUR 895 on both the onboarding and consulting pages, and says it is mid-market or lower mid-market for the sector
- Holds Qualiopi certification to 12 September 2028, so its HubSpot training can be funded through OPCO or CPF
- Names its technology integrations individually, with dedicated pages for Pennylane, Oneflow, Aircall and PandaDoc
- Dates its partner progression year by year from 2015, including the first French partnership before HubSpot opened a local office
Limits
- The solutions menu opens with an acquisition group covering SEO, SEA, GEO, content marketing and lead generation, so a platform-only buyer should say so at the outset
- Its homepage describes the French partner field as 325 resellers and places itself in the top ten of them, but never says whether it sells or earns on HubSpot licences itself
- Nothing is published about who owns custom work or documentation at the end of an engagement
- At 15 people across three offices, capacity for a large parallel programme needs checking directly
Marketing Management IO pricing
The day rate is published twice and consistently. The onboarding FAQ says the rate is EUR 895 and that the number of days depends on hubs, sales and ticketing processes, marketing processes, segmentation and integrations. The consulting FAQ repeats EUR 895 excluding tax and argues it is mid-market or below, given ten years on the platform.
It also says it offers sliding rates depending on volume and the nature of the work, covering maintenance, advice, integration and project management, according to the commitment made. Those discounts are not quantified. Onboarding duration is put at four to twelve weeks depending on hubs, data volume and the number of teams to train.
Both the onboarding and consulting FAQs state a day rate of EUR 895, described on the consulting page as EUR 895 excluding tax and in the middle or lower middle of the market. Volume and engagement discounts are offered but not published.
Licences, the build, and whose hands
Does it earn on your licences
Does not say whether it earns on your licences
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
Who owns the build
Does not say who owns the build
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
Who does the work
Does not say who does the work
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the people in your portal are employees, an offshore team or subcontractors. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
This records what Marketing Management IO publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.
Verdict
French companies that want a costed engagement rather than an open-ended quote can work from a real number here, because EUR 895 a day appears on two separate pages with the same figure. Qualiopi certification adds a funding route for the training portion that most partners cannot offer.
The acquisition side of the menu is substantial, covering SEO, SEA, GEO, content and lead generation, so anyone buying platform work alone should scope it explicitly. The firm is also 15 people across three offices, which suits a focused programme better than a large simultaneous multi country rollout.
