Markentive review
CRM implementation, Migration, Integration · Paris, France · Since 2013
Markentive has worked on HubSpot from Paris since 2013 and describes itself as a consulting firm, a digital agency and an integrator at once. It says it has supported more than 500 clients. Four practices sit side by side on the site: CRM integration, SalesOps and data consulting, growth marketing and web design.
CRM integration is the practice the homepage leads with. Its published method runs in five steps: audit the stack, define priorities and a timeline, configure and integrate, train the teams, then iterate. The TransForce case study describes removing 90 duplicate or unused properties and consolidating four sales pipelines into one.
A second case study covers a Pardot to HubSpot migration with a Salesforce sync for GlobalData. Markentive also runs a public French help centre at faq.markentive.com and sells three HubSpot courses, on CRM and sales enablement, on marketing and on development.
Who Markentive is for
French and wider EMEA companies that want the data model argued out before the portal is configured. The method opens with design workshops, so the buyer needs people who can attend them and decide.
Teams with a HubSpot portal that has drifted also have a route here. Two of the published case studies begin with a portal already in daily use, a bloated property list and pipelines that no longer matched how the business sold.
Strengths and limits
Strengths
- Holds HubSpot accreditations in CRM implementation, custom integration, data migration, solutions architecture design, onboarding, platform enablement, service implementation and content experience
- Case studies carry countable detail rather than adjectives: 90 properties removed and four pipelines merged into one at TransForce
- Runs a public help centre at faq.markentive.com with separate sections for CRM, marketing automation and HubSpot website projects
- Sells HubSpot training as three named courses, so a buyer can price enablement separately from the build
Limits
- Nothing is priced. There is no rate, no package price and no stated minimum anywhere on the site
- Team size is published three different ways: 50 experts on the agency page, 40 consultants in the French help centre, and 115 in the overview text on its HubSpot listing
- The help centre is French only, so an English speaking buyer gets a noticeably thinner set of answers
- The site does not say who owns the build at handover, or whether Markentive is compensated on the licences it recommends
Markentive pricing
No figure is published. The HubSpot listing records a budget band of $5,000 and up, and the site itself carries no rate card, no package price and no minimum engagement. Every call to action is a contact form.
The closest thing to a scoping signal before the first call is the agency page, which states that projects complete in a window of one to five months. What decides where a project lands in that window is not explained.
No rate, package price or minimum appears anywhere on the site. Every service page ends at a contact form. One scoping figure is published and no more: a project window of one to five months, on the agency page.
Licences, the build, and whose hands
Does it earn on your licences
Does not say whether it earns on your licences
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
Who owns the build
Does not say who owns the build
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
Who does the work
Does not say who does the work
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the people in your portal are employees, an offshore team or subcontractors. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
This records what Markentive publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.
Verdict
Design workshops before configuration is the shape of the engagement here, and it is what the published case studies show producing results: a data model reviewed, unused properties deleted, four pipelines merged. Multilingual delivery in English, French, German, Italian, Romanian and Spanish is listed on the HubSpot profile, which matters for a group rolling out across several European markets.
Growth marketing and web design sit beside the CRM practice rather than under it, so a buyer who wants platform work alone should ask which of the four teams will staff the project. With no price, no ownership clause and no statement on licence commission published, all three go on the first call agenda.
