Ownership. Copernic is part of the Groupe Siiner group since 2024-10.

Copernic was created in May 2016 by Stephane Donninger, who brought in Antoine Martin, at a point when HubSpot had no French office. The team page dates each step: Platinum then Diamond in 2019 after a hundred deployed portals, Elite in 2021 past two hundred clients, a thirtieth salaried HubSpot expert in 2022, and joining Groupe Siiner in October 2024.

The site claims more than 500 HubSpot platforms implemented and holds four HubSpot accreditations: CRM Implementation, Onboarding, CRM Data Migration and Solutions Architecture Design. The legal notice gives the company as COPERNIC SAS, registered in Nancy under number 820 124 972, with its office at 23 rue Claudot.

Where it is unusual is the integration menu. Rather than a general promise, it lists the connectors by name: Sage, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, EBP and Pennylane on the ERP side, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and Pipedrive on the CRM side, Shopify and WooCommerce for e-commerce, Aircall and SMS Factor for telephony.

Who Copernic is for

French and francophone companies replacing or connecting a CRM where the accounting or ERP system is the hard part. If your stack runs on Sage, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, EBP or Pennylane, there is already a page describing that specific connection rather than a generic integrations promise.

The onboarding page is written for organisations where several teams each arrive with their own feature list. It says the first weeks of decisions about architecture, properties, pipelines and governance set the quality of the CRM for a long time, and that without prioritisation the project becomes a sequence of settings with no coherence.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • Names its ERP and CRM connectors one by one, including Sage, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, EBP, Pennylane, Salesforce, Dynamics and Pipedrive, each with its own page
  • Holds four HubSpot accreditations covering implementation, onboarding, data migration and solutions architecture design
  • The team page dates every milestone from creation in May 2016 to joining Groupe Siiner in October 2024, which is rare on a French agency site
  • The onboarding page commits to leaving permissions, administration responsibilities and conventions defined so the portal can evolve without the original project team

Limits

  • Neither the six expertise pages nor the onboarding page carries a rate, a package price or a floor
  • Nothing states who owns the custom code, the connectors or the documentation after the work ends
  • The site is silent on whether HubSpot licences are bought direct or through Copernic, and on whether it earns anything on them
  • Almost all content is French only, so an English-speaking buyer will be reading a translation of every service page

Copernic pricing

Copernic publishes no rate and no package price. The onboarding page says duration depends on the hubs deployed, the processes, the data to be migrated, the integrations and the number of teams involved, and that a complex onboarding can run several weeks or several months. That is the only sizing guidance on the site.

The nearest thing to a money page is a downloadable guide and prefilled spreadsheet for calculating the total cost of ownership of a CRM. It is a tool for costing your own project rather than a statement of what Copernic charges to run it.

No rate or package price is published. The free downloadable asset closest to money is a total cost of ownership guide and spreadsheet for costing a CRM, which is about the client's own budget rather than Copernic's fees.

Licences, the build, and whose hands

Does it earn on your licences

Does not say whether it earns on your licences

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who owns the build

Does not say who owns the build

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who does the work

Says its own people do the work

Le 30eme salarie expert HubSpot !

This records what Copernic publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.

Verdict

Companies migrating onto HubSpot while keeping Sage, SAP, Oracle, Odoo or Pennylane in the stack get the most from this one, because those connections have their own pages rather than sitting behind a general integrations claim. The four accreditations and the dated partner history give a buyer something checkable to work from.

Anyone who needs a budget before the first call is not served here, since no rate or package appears on the site. Nor is anyone who wants a contractual answer on code ownership, which the site never addresses. An English-first buyer should also expect to work through French source pages.
