Leadix review
Runs it for you · Watermael-Boitsfort, Belgium
Leadix is a Belgian outbound practice, registered as Leadix SRL in Watermael-Boitsfort and run by CEO Morgann Dawance. Its site leads in French, with an English version. It offers three levels of help: coaching for in-house teams, database builds for precise targeting, and full-service outbound through to booked meetings.
The full-service offer covers lookalike lists built from a client's best customers, intent data to time outreach, personalised copy, and email and LinkedIn sequences. The ABM service adds advertising, events and invitations around a short list of target accounts. Campaigns run internationally in whatever language the target market needs.
Its case studies range across events, fashion, restaurant software and team building. They include over 140 meetings with restaurant owners for CentralApp in 60 days and more than 300 qualified interests for the Tapio Day sustainability event. These are the company's own reported results.
Who Leadix is for
B2B companies above €1M in revenue with product-market fit, an existing customer base and a customer lifetime value above €4K. The booking form screens out companies below the revenue threshold and points them to the blog and YouTube channel instead.
The site is French-first, so it suits a buyer comfortable working in French, although an English version of the homepage exists.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Publishes clear fit criteria: B2B, over €1M in revenue, established customers and lifetime value above €4K.
- Offers three depths of help, from coaching to full-service outbound, so a team can choose how much to hand over.
- Publishes typical cold email benchmarks rather than one headline figure, including reply rates of 5% to 15% and conversion of about 1% to 3%.
- Case studies name the client and the outcome, such as CentralApp's 140 meetings across five countries in 60 days.
Where it falls short
- Neither the coaching, the database builds nor the full-service offer carries a price, a package or a minimum term.
- The site does not say who keeps the dedicated prospecting domain it sets up when an engagement ends.
- The 9.8x average ROI on the homepage is not explained or tied to named clients.
- No founding year or team size is published.
Leadix pricing
Leadix publishes no prices on its homepage or service pages. The FAQ describes three offers, coaching, database creation and full-service outbound, without a figure for any of them.
The cold email page lists what the full service includes. That covers SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup, scraping and enrichment, a dedicated prospecting domain, pre-warmed addresses, custom copy, A/B testing and one-to-one follow-up. Expect to scope and price it on the audit call.
What you keep, and what counts as a result
Domains, inboxes, data and workflows
Does not say who owns the infrastructure
We found nothing on its site about whether the sending domains, inboxes, lists and workflows are yours when the engagement ends. That is the most common answer in this directory, and it is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before signing.
The unit of a result
Sells meetings
No published definition of qualified.
This records what Leadix publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.
Verdict
Three depths of help, from coaching to full-service outbound, give a B2B company above €1M in revenue a choice between having email and LinkedIn prospecting run end to end and having its own team coached to do it. Being comfortable working in French helps. The published fit criteria make it easy to know whether you qualify before calling.
The booking form screens out companies below €1M in revenue, and the site gives no price, no minimum term and no ownership position, so a buyer who needs those before talking will not find them here.
This is an independent review. Leadix is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
