EraB2B review

EraB2B is a French prospecting shop that books meetings for B2B companies through email and LinkedIn, adding phone outreach on its Premium tier and WhatsApp or Instagram as options. It calls the approach the Méthode Pipeline. Each prospect is contacted for a reason drawn from more than 100 signals, such as a hire, a fundraise, a job change or a shared trade show.

The most useful document on the site is the terms of sale. They say the client owns all prospect data and the sending domains bought for it, while EraB2B keeps its automation tools, platforms and reporting systems. Domains and inboxes can be moved to the client at the end, for a migration fee quoted in advance.

It says it takes at most four new companies a month and signs only after a free diagnostic confirms fit.

Who EraB2B is for

B2B companies with an offer that has proven itself, or a willingness to test and iterate, and enough margin that one new client pays for the programme. The site is in French, but its FAQ says campaigns have run in around thirty countries in each market's language.

It asks for 30 minutes of the client's time every fortnight and sets a six-month minimum, so it suits outbound planned as a standing channel rather than a trial.

Strengths and limits

What it does well

  • Its published terms give the client ownership of prospect data and of the sending domains bought on its behalf
  • The FAQ declines to promise a meeting count and commits in writing to the monthly volume of prospects contacted instead
  • Every message and every target list is approved by the client before anything is sent
  • Reports each week on reply rate, positive replies, meetings, sales, close rate, sales cycle and average order value by target segment

Where it falls short

  • No price is published; the offer section says price is discussed during the diagnostic
  • The six-month minimum renews tacitly for the same length unless either side gives notice, and the notice period is set per contract
  • The terms rule out any refund of sums paid if the contract ends, and moving domains and inboxes to the client carries a quoted fee
  • Tools, platforms and reporting systems remain EraB2B's property and stop being accessible when the engagement ends

EraB2B pricing

No figures are published. There are two tiers, Standard (email and LinkedIn) and Premium (adding phone prospecting from dedicated numbers), plus options for WhatsApp, Instagram, ads and CRM work. The terms describe a subscription whose price and length are fixed in each client contract, payable in euros.

The minimum is six months, and the first month is setup: domains, inboxes, authentication and warm-up. Extra segments, domain changes and added volume are billed on top.

Verdict

EraB2B's terms of sale hand the client its prospect data and the sending domains bought for it, which matters to a buyer who wants multichannel outbound run for at least six months and to leave with both. The refusal to promise a meeting count is consistent with those terms.

Pay-for-performance pricing is explicitly turned away and the minimum is six months, so neither a performance deal nor a short test is on offer. Anyone signing should read the tacit renewal and no-refund clauses carefully first.
