LeadGem review

Builds it, you run it · Amsterdam, Netherlands

Reviewed by Eugene SuslovRead September 2026No affiliate links

LeadGem was started by Marijn, formerly a senior growth hacker at B2B marketing agencies such as Endeavour and NoBears, after he found Clay and decided to specialise. The About page says it became one of the first two Clay-certified agencies in the Netherlands. It works from Amsterdam as a team of three, with freelancers brought in for specialist work.

The homepage splits the work into two halves. RevOps means data cleaning, enrichment, lead scoring and CRM automations; outbound means targeted lists, LinkedIn and email automation, signal-based prospecting and inbound-led outbound. Industry pages cover SaaS, manufacturing and recruitment, where it describes spotting hiring intent before jobs are posted.

Engagements start with a diagnostic. The manufacturing page prices its Sales Bottleneck Scan at €2,497 and says it produces a 90-day roadmap. One case study, for a Dutch school software start-up, describes a commission-based pricing model and LinkedIn ads run before the outreach began.

Who LeadGem is for

B2B companies in SaaS, manufacturing or recruitment that want enrichment, scoring and outreach automation built properly, and are happy to start with a paid diagnostic.

The manufacturing page offers either full CRM integration or a system that runs detached from the CRM, which suits established industrial firms that do not want their CRM overhauled.

Strengths and limits

What it does well

  • Publishes an entry price: a €2,497 diagnostic scan that ends in a 90-day roadmap.
  • The people on the first call are the three specialists who build the system, and the site names each of them.
  • Offers a system detached from the CRM for firms that do not want it touched, alongside full CRM integration.
  • Industry pages are specific, such as hiring-intent detection for recruitment firms and LinkedIn ad audiences for manufacturers.

Where it falls short

  • RevOps implementation sits beside outbound as an equal pillar on the homepage, so outbound is not the whole business.
  • Build and retainer pricing after the scan is not published, and the commission model appears only in a case study.
  • The Stagedoos case study headline claims 15 SQLs from 100 prospects, while its body reports 16 from 76 contacted.
  • No founding year is published, and nothing covers who keeps the Clay workflows, data and domains once an engagement ends.

LeadGem pricing

The one published figure is on the manufacturing page. The Sales Bottleneck Scan costs €2,497 and delivers a review of the sales process, data quality and market, plus a 90-day roadmap. Other pages describe the same first step as the GTM and Revenue Operations Scan, without a price.

What the build costs afterwards is not stated. The Stagedoos case study refers to a commission-based pricing model, but the site does not say how that commission is calculated or whether it applies to every client.

What you keep, and what counts as a result

Domains, inboxes, data and workflows

Does not say who owns the infrastructure

We found nothing on its site about whether the sending domains, inboxes, lists and workflows are yours when the engagement ends. That is the most common answer in this directory, and it is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before signing.

The unit of a result

Sells the build itself

This records what LeadGem publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.

Verdict

A €2,497 diagnostic comes before any build, and the firm that should call is a SaaS, manufacturing or recruitment business happy to pay for that first and wanting a small, senior team on its Clay-based enrichment and outreach. The published price makes the first step clear and limited.

RevOps implementation is an equal half of the offer, and ongoing pricing is not public. That leaves out a buyer who wants outbound as a provider's whole business, or campaigns sent and managed on a monthly retainer with published terms.
