The GTM Engineering Company review

Builds it, you run it

Jorge B. Macías founded the company after working his way from SDR to account executive and RevOps at BrainHi, then sales roles at Reprise and Offsite. It describes itself as a fractional GTM engineering team and builds an evergreen enrichment layer, an ICP and intent score, and signal-triggered outbound inside the CRM a client already runs.

Pricing is published in three tiers: Starter at $5,000 a month, Growth at $7,000 and a custom Enterprise tier with a dedicated fractional engineer. The FAQ explains the monthly model: a data layer has to be maintained after it is built, not just delivered.

Its clearest commitment is on ownership. Every tool is bought and owned by the client, never resold, and each system ships with a written runbook. A typical engagement runs three to six months at five to ten hours a week, built around one recorded working session each week.

Who The GTM Engineering Company is for

Seed to Series B software companies with a CRM already in place, where RevOps knows what it needs and has nobody to build it. The site addresses founders, operations, sales and marketing leads as the people it works with.

Every build is recorded and handed over with a runbook, for a team that wants to operate the system itself afterwards.

Strengths and limits

What it does well

  • Publishes monthly prices for two tiers, with the scope of each written out.
  • Every tool is bought on the client's card and in the client's name, and the site says so in several places.
  • The engineer who scopes a build is the engineer who builds it, with no account manager in between.
  • Each engagement produces a written runbook and recorded build sessions, so training is watching rather than shadowing.

Where it falls short

  • It builds and maintains the system but does not say it sends campaigns, so pipeline still depends on your own reps.
  • The $5,000 Starter tier covers a basic lead list and a simple Clay workflow, so campaign build-out only arrives at $7,000.
  • No minimum term is published, though the typical engagement is described as three to six months.
  • Beyond the founder's career history, the site names no head office, founding year or team size.

The GTM Engineering Company pricing

Starter costs $5,000 a month and covers a GTM stack audit, initial ICP research, a basic lead list, a simple Clay workflow, basic RevOps configuration and a monthly report. Growth costs $7,000 and adds advanced Clay automation, full RevOps implementation, campaign build-out and multi-channel outreach setup, with fortnightly reports.

Enterprise is priced on scope and adds a dedicated fractional GTM engineer and weekly reviews. Tools are bought by the client directly rather than resold, so their cost sits outside these fees.

Verdict

Nobody to build the enrichment, scoring and signal plumbing under the CRM is the problem this team is hired to solve at a funded B2B software company with a known ICP. The published tiers and the written ownership position make it easy to compare against a hire.

Booked meetings are not the product, and $5,000 a month is the floor, so a buyer who wants outbound run for it, or whose whole budget is below that, should keep looking. The service is a build and a handover, and it expects a CRM and a GTM motion to exist already.
