Advanced Client review
Builds and runs it · London, United Kingdom · Since 2023
Advanced Client sells outbound as an installation rather than a service. Tom Grainger and Louis Young, who founded it in London in 2023, build the targeting, sequencing, routing and reporting inside the client's own Clay, Instantly, HeyReach and CRM accounts. By day 120 they hand it over with playbooks and training.
The pitch is aimed squarely at the agency retainer. Its comparison table argues that renting from an agency leaves the client owning nothing, and that its own model costs less than half a RevOps hire. The fee itself appears only in the site's llms.txt: $30,000 to $50,000 for a project-based install.
Intake is capped at two new clients a month, and the two founders deliver every account themselves.
Who Advanced Client is for
B2B companies with $1M or more in recurring revenue and deals of $10,000 or more, with product-market fit and a sales team that will run the system once it is handed over.
Paying once for an asset rather than monthly for a channel is the trade on offer. It also needs someone in-house able to operate a Clay and CRM stack after day 120.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Commits in writing that every workflow, automation, dashboard and playbook sits in the client's own tools by day 120
- Publishes a fixed project fee of $30,000 to $50,000, in its llms.txt, instead of an open-ended retainer
- Both founders deliver every account, and intake is capped at two new clients a month
- Builds inbound qualification and routing alongside outbound, so hand-raisers and cold accounts land in one CRM
Where it falls short
- The price appears only in the llms.txt file; the homepage says the install is 'less than half the cost of the hire' and asks for a call
- After day 120 the client runs Clay, the sequencer and the CRM itself, which needs someone in-house to operate them
- Its stated fit varies by page: Series A+ on the homepage, Seed to Series C in its llms.txt
- Client counts differ between pages: 50+ B2B companies on the homepage, 30+ brands on the about page and in llms.txt
Advanced Client pricing
Every figure comes from the site's llms.txt: a project-based install at $30,000 to $50,000 depending on scope, a typical engagement of about four months, and LinkedIn Ads installs from $30,000. Spread over four months, the install works out at roughly $7,500 to $12,500 a month.
The homepage frames the fee as fixed and one-time, and sets it against the $196,000 to $286,000 first-year cost it gives for a RevOps hire. Support after handover is offered as an option, with no price.
What you keep, and what counts as a result

Verdict
Day 120 is the handover date, so Advanced Client is for a company that wants to own its outbound system rather than rent one and has someone in-house to run it after four months. The ownership promise is specific, the fee is fixed and published, and the founders do the work themselves.
The $30,000 entry and the day-120 handover both work against a buyer with no internal operator who wants outbound run indefinitely, or one who cannot find that sum upfront. A monthly managed service fits that buyer better than a build designed to be handed over.
This is an independent review. Advanced Client is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
