Blueprint GTM review
Builds it, you run it
Blueprint GTM is Jordan Crawford's practice, trading as Blueprint Labs, LLC. Its argument is that outbound fails because the list is wrong, not the message. The method starts from why existing customers bought, finds the public data that would have spotted them earlier, and builds a list of prospects with the same detectable problem.
Crawford calls these Pain-Qualified Segments. The messages that follow are Permissionless Value Props, each built around a fact the prospect would want, such as seven providers with lapsed PECOS enrollment. The homepage shows five such before-and-after pairs, four of them naming the client.
The case cards are specific about sources and effort. One fire department list drew on 11 federal databases and 57 state directories, and another project searched 365,661 call recordings for competitor mentions. Engagements run three months and end with the client's team trained to repeat the work.
Who Blueprint GTM is for
Series A to C B2B companies selling into a data-rich vertical such as healthcare, logistics, construction, fire safety or fintech. The site also asks for a rep who can make 50 to 100 calls a day.
The site says it is not for horizontal SaaS, or for teams where nobody is curious about AI or rigorous about daily shipping.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- The public showcase listed 487 playbooks by named company on the day of review, so the method can be inspected before any call.
- Case cards name the data sources and the time taken, for example 32,493 fire departments scored in about six days.
- The stated goal is that the capability stays with your team after the three-month engagement.
- Fit criteria are explicit, including a plain 'not for you' for horizontal SaaS.
Where it falls short
- No price is published; the one guide given is that a three-month engagement costs less than a single SDR hire.
- It does not run campaigns for you, so results depend on your own reps shipping and calling every day.
- The homepage says 500+ playbooks while the showcase listed 487 on the day of review.
- No team, location, or terms on who keeps the lists and data built are published.
Blueprint GTM pricing
No price appears on the site. The homepage describes three-month engagements as costing less than a single SDR hire, which sets a rough ceiling but not a figure.
The engagement is a build and training programme rather than a managed service. The reps who send and call are the buyer's own, and their cost sits alongside whatever the engagement costs.
What you keep, and what counts as a result
Domains, inboxes, data and workflows
Does not say who owns the infrastructure
We found nothing on its site about whether the sending domains, inboxes, lists and workflows are yours when the engagement ends. That is the most common answer in this directory, and it is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before signing.
The unit of a result
Sells the build itself
This records what Blueprint GTM publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.
Verdict
Suspecting the list rather than the copy is the starting point for Blueprint GTM, and it fits a seller into a regulated or data-rich vertical that already has SDRs. The public showcase lets you judge the thinking for your own industry before booking anything.
Horizontal products are ruled out explicitly, and the reps who send and call are the buyer's own, so neither a horizontal seller nor a team wanting the sending done for it is the client here. A buyer who needs a price before a call gets no answer from the site either.
This is an independent review. Blueprint GTM is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
