Automindz Solutions review
Builds and runs it · Since 2023
Automindz Solutions serves one kind of client, recruitment agencies, and its flagship product is RecruitingOS. The system watches hiring signals across job boards, LinkedIn and company news. It then runs personalised email and LinkedIn outreach to the companies that are hiring, plus candidate marketing to the same hiring managers. The company says it goes live within 14 days.
The founders present themselves as former recruiters. The about page says Niklas, Frederik and Fabian launched the business in late 2023 and worked across industries for a year before narrowing to recruitment. The team is now four people. It lists tool certifications including Clay, Instantly, n8n and Lemlist.
Three routes are on sale: RecruitingOS as a managed retainer, BuildOS as a scoped build handed over to the client, and AcademyOS as a six-week cohort. The site answers the ownership question differently for each, which matters when choosing between them.
Who Automindz Solutions is for
Recruitment agencies, from solo consultants to firms with a business development team, that want outreach to run off live hiring signals rather than static lists. They need to be comfortable with automated email and LinkedIn sequences.
The BuildOS route suits an agency that wants one specific workflow built and handed over with documentation and a recorded walkthrough, so its own staff can run and change it.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Built around one buyer, recruitment agencies, so signals, messaging and candidate marketing are designed for that trade.
- Targets companies from live hiring activity, which gives each message a reason tied to an open role.
- BuildOS publishes a clear hand-over: written docs, a recorded walkthrough, 30 days of support and no retainer.
- Offers three levels of involvement, from a course to a build to a managed service, so an agency can choose how much it runs itself.
Where it falls short
- No prices are published for any of the three products.
- The site's own comparison table answers 'You Own the System' with 'We own and manage' for RecruitingOS, the managed outbound product.
- Pages describe RecruitingOS both as deployed for the client's team to run and as a fully managed retainer, so the delivery terms need confirming.
- Results are reported as systems deployed, with pipeline described as a downstream output, and no meeting count or qualified-lead definition is published.
Automindz Solutions pricing
Nothing is priced on the site. The BuildOS page describes RecruitingOS as a 'fully managed retainer' with an ongoing timeline. BuildOS is a scoped project of two calls with five to seven days of build time between them, and AcademyOS is a six-week live cohort. The homepage says no upfront commitment is required.
Ask which product a quote covers, because the ownership answer changes with it. BuildOS is handed over in full, while the comparison table lists RecruitingOS as owned and managed by Automindz.

Verdict
Recruitment agencies that want business development driven by hiring signals are the one market Automindz serves. The small team has worked inside agencies and builds on Clay, n8n and the common sequencers. BuildOS is the clearer offer on paper, with a published hand-over and no retainer.
Non-recruitment businesses are out of scope, since the about page says the company narrowed to that trade. An agency that wants a managed service and expects to own the system afterwards should get that in writing. The site lists RecruitingOS as owned and managed by the provider.
This is an independent review. Automindz Solutions is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
