LeadHaste review
Builds and runs it · Since 2023
LeadHaste runs managed cold email built on buying signals: funding rounds, champion moves, hiring surges, tool changes and eight other signal families it says it monitors continuously. It trades as Digital Compass Group Ltd, under terms governed by Bulgarian law, and is led by co-founders Dimitar Petkov and Christian Sørensen.
The pricing section is more complete than most. The managed system starts at $2,500 a month plus roughly $350 of infrastructure at cost, and buys 50 domains, 100 inboxes and about 30,000 sends a month. LinkedIn outreach and an AI-assisted reply agent are priced add-ons, and a one-off build and handoff is scoped separately.
Ownership is the recurring theme. The site says domains, mailboxes, data and sender reputation are registered to the client from day one, and that a client leaving after month three takes all of it. The company has also launched OmniCite, a separate SEO and GEO practice.
Who LeadHaste is for
B2B sellers with deals above $2,000 and someone free to take 30 to 50 qualified conversations a month. The site lists SaaS, staffing, professional services, manufacturing and healthcare among the industries it covers.
The arrangement is a machine run for the client with the infrastructure kept in the client's name, and it asks for three months before anyone judges it.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Publishes the entry price, the infrastructure cost, the volumes included and the price of every add-on.
- States that domains, mailboxes, prospect data and warmed reputation go with the client after month three.
- Defines a qualified meeting as an ICP match whose authority and deal size are checked in the reply thread.
- Offers a build and handoff option for teams that want to run the system themselves.
Where it falls short
- The three-month initial engagement means a buyer pays at least three months of the fee plus infrastructure before being able to leave.
- The build and handoff option has no published price.
- RevOps consulting and a new SEO and GEO practice sit alongside outbound, so it is not a single-service shop.
- The full outbound service page lists up to 5 dedicated sending domains and 20+ platforms, while the homepage prices in 50 domains and 35+ tools.
LeadHaste pricing
The Managed Compound System costs from $2,500 a month, with about $350 a month of sending infrastructure billed at cost and registered in the client's name. That covers ICP research, around 10,000 prospects and 30,000 sends a month across 50 domains and 100 inboxes, copy, AI reply handling and all software in one bill. The first three months are fixed, then month-to-month.
Add-ons are priced separately. LinkedIn outreach costs $697 a month per client profile or $997 per managed agent profile, and the AI-assisted reply agent costs $997 a month, each with a $300 setup. The build and handoff option is scoped on the discovery call.

Verdict
Domains and data registered in the client's name from day one settle the ownership question for a B2B company with deals above $2,000 that wants cold email run daily. The price, the ownership terms and the meeting definition are all published, which answers questions most of this market leaves open.
A three-month minimum, no consumer sellers and someone free to take 30 to 50 conversations a month are all conditions the site sets itself, so a buyer who cannot meet one of them will not fit.
This is an independent review. LeadHaste is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
