The free tier is one of the most generous here, at 3 users, 5,000 entries, 1,000,000 API calls, 30 blueprints and 100GB of traffic, which is enough to run a real small site rather than only evaluate one.
Who Caisy is for
Agencies and freelancers running multiple client projects who want GraphQL and a low fixed cost per project.
Less suitable for enterprise requirements, where the jump to a $1,499 Enterprise tier is abrupt.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- The free tier is large enough for production on a small site, which very few hosted options here can say.
- Growth at $49 a month for 12 users is among the best seat-to-price ratios in the directory.
- GraphQL-first with a genuinely quick query layer.
- Overage is metered per resource rather than forcing a tier upgrade.
Where it falls short
- Smaller company and community than the established names, which is a real consideration for a system you expect to run for years.
- The gap between $49 Growth and $1,499 Enterprise leaves nothing in the middle.
- Fewer third-party integrations and worked examples than Storyblok or Contentful.

Growth is $49 a month with 12 users, 4 locales, 20,000 entries, 10,000,000 API calls, 60 blueprints and 500GB of traffic. Overage runs $10 per user, $20 per 10,000 entries, $15 per locale, $60 per TB of bandwidth and $10 per 10 blueprints. Enterprise starts at $1,499 a month and adds custom roles, audit logs, content workflows, custom SSO, a 99.9% uptime SLA, on-premise hosting and a dedicated account manager.
Verdict
Strong value and an under-appreciated option for agencies. The free tier alone makes it worth a look, and $49 for twelve seats undercuts most of this directory.
Weigh the vendor-size question honestly for a long-lived project, and note that there is nothing between $49 and $1,499 if you need SSO or audit logs.
