Unlimited Tech Solutions was formed by a sales executive and an engineer, and describes itself as a RevOps consultancy focused exclusively on HubSpot. It says its team has worked in the platform since 2014. The menu splits into HubSpot services, consulting services and technical development, the last covering API development, solutions architecture, custom reporting and custom integrations.

It also ships products of its own under the Karana name: a CPQ tool, a data transfer tool called Data Courier, and an iPaaS. HubMasters is a paid community for HubSpot users with training and live sessions. Its partnerships page names HubSpot, PandaDoc and Aircall.

The process page is specific about cadence rather than price. Each month the team reviews the previous sprint's results, recommends next steps, and adds unworked requests to a wish list. It names a proprietary method called Forward-Looking Attribution, based on the OODA loop, which runs several initiatives at once.

Who Unlimited Tech Solutions is for

Companies with an integration problem rather than an onboarding problem. The case studies are about renewal automation, intake modernisation for a law firm and rebuilding an operational backbone, and the site claims hundreds of custom integrations across ERP, accounting, ecommerce, healthcare and field service systems.

Manufacturing, field services, construction and logistics recur across the industry pages, and the HubSpot profile adds badges for construction, manufacturing and quote-to-cash.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • Technical development is a first-class menu section, covering API development, solutions architecture and custom integrations rather than only configuration.
  • It builds and sells its own CPQ, data transfer and iPaaS tools, so quoting and data movement are not outsourced to a third-party app.
  • The delivery cadence is published: a monthly sprint review, recommendations for the next sprint, and a wish list that carries unworked requests forward.
  • Quote-to-cash, construction and manufacturing capability badges on the HubSpot profile line up with the industry pages.

Limits

  • No prices, no rate card, no minimum engagement and no published contract length.
  • Owning the Karana products means a recommendation to use them is a recommendation to buy from the same firm, and nothing on the site addresses that.
  • No office address is published; the HubSpot listing gives the location as remote.
  • Nothing is published on ownership of custom code at the end of an engagement, which matters more here than at a configuration-only shop.

Unlimited Tech Solutions pricing

Nothing is priced anywhere on the site, and no minimum engagement or retainer floor is named. The closest the site comes is the process page, which sets out a monthly working rhythm without attaching a cost to it.

Because the offer includes its own software, a quote may combine services with Karana licences. The site does not say how those are charged or whether they are separable from the consultancy fee, so both need asking in a first conversation.

Nothing is priced. The process page describes a monthly sprint cadence with a review of the previous sprint, recommendations for the next one and a running wish list, but names no rate, retainer floor or minimum term.

Licences, the build, and whose hands

Does it earn on your licences

Does not say whether it earns on your licences

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who owns the build

Does not say who owns the build

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who does the work

Does not say who does the work

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the people in your portal are employees, an offshore team or subcontractors. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

This records what Unlimited Tech Solutions publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.

Verdict

An ERP, accounting or field service system that has to talk to HubSpot is the case this firm is built for, and the technical development menu plus its own iPaaS are the evidence for that. The published sprint rhythm also suits work that will keep going after launch.

Companies that only need a standard onboarding will be buying more capability than they need, and there is no published price to check that against. The overlap between its consultancy advice and its own products deserves a direct question.
