Periti Digital review
CRM implementation, Migration, Integration · Dublin, Ireland
Periti Digital positions itself as a HubSpot and Anthropic AI consultancy, with offices listed in London, Dublin, Munich, Rotterdam, Lisbon, Boston and New York. It states plainly that what it sells is not another marketing agency, and names three things it specialises in: migrating messy data, building AI automations, and connecting CRMs to ERPs and e-commerce platforms.
The service model is four numbered stages, Plan, Deploy, Optimize and Operate, and each has its own entry point so a client can join at any of them. Named integration targets include SAP, NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft Business Central, Xero, Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.
Its published figures are 900 plus customers, 985 happy customers on the homepage counter, and 650 plus HubSpot projects cited in a blog post. It also claims a top three global HubSpot partner ranking for 2024. The blog carries dated, itemised technical write-ups rather than general advice.
Who Periti Digital is for
Organisations whose HubSpot problem is really a data or integration problem: a dirty CRM that needs migrating properly, or an ERP that has to talk to HubSpot. That is what the firm says it is for, and the blog backs it with worked examples rather than claims.
The Anthropic partnership is a genuine differentiator for a buyer who wants Claude wired into HubSpot rather than a generic AI feature turned on. Its own blog notes that across 650 plus projects only about 20 percent of the time goes on configuration, with adoption taking the rest.
Strengths and limits
Strengths
- Names the specific systems it connects HubSpot to, including SAP, NetSuite, Sage, Microsoft Business Central, Xero, Dynamics and Salesforce
- Publishes free calculators for Marketing Hub onboarding cost and HubSpot AI credit consumption, which is useful before any conversation about scope
- Blog posts carry itemised costs and methods, including a bespoke enrichment job it prices at $250 for 168,000 records
- Seven offices across Ireland, the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal and the United States for organisations needing local time zones
Limits
- No engagement price, day rate or minimum is published anywhere on the site
- Nothing states who owns the custom automations and integrations once the work ends
- Only three HubSpot marketplace integrations are listed against its name, which is low for the breadth of systems it names
- The homepage counters mix checkable claims with jokes, listing cups of coffee alongside customers and reviews
Periti Digital pricing
There is no rate card. The closest thing to a price is the Marketing Hub onboarding calculator, which estimates the cost of onboarding rather than quoting Periti's own fee. A second tool estimates HubSpot AI credit consumption.
The blog is more useful for cost calibration than the site. One post breaks down an AI-powered CRM enrichment run at $250 for 168,000 records and gives the framework behind it. That shows how the firm thinks about cost, without telling you what an engagement costs.
No engagement price is published. It does publish a Marketing Hub onboarding calculator and a HubSpot AI credit calculator as tools, and one blog post itemises a data enrichment job at $250 for 168,000 records, which is a cost breakdown rather than a rate card.
Licences, the build, and whose hands
Does it earn on your licences
Does not say whether it earns on your licences
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
Who owns the build
Does not say who owns the build
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
Who does the work
Does not say who does the work
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the people in your portal are employees, an offshore team or subcontractors. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
This records what Periti Digital publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.
Verdict
Teams carrying a decade of bad CRM data, or an ERP that has to feed HubSpot, are the buyers this firm has written its whole site for. The named integration targets make the fit easy to check. The Anthropic partnership is a real one rather than a badge, with blog posts showing Claude connector prompts and credit strategy in practice.
There is no pricing signal at all, so a budget can only be sized on a first call, and the site never addresses ownership of the automations it builds. Buyers who need a supplier with a long marketplace app record should also note that only three integrations are listed against it.
