Orange Marketing review

Onboarding, CRM implementation, Migration · Newport Beach, California, United States · Since 2018

Orange Marketing says it started in 2018 because companies were spending five and six figures on technology they could not use. Eight years on it claims 300 or more clients and says it has onboarded over 200 companies to HubSpot, and migrated organisations off Salesforce, Marketo, Zoho, Eloqua and ZenDesk.

The pricing section is the most detailed in this part of the market. There are separate priced pages for onboarding, hourly consulting, portal audits, fractional operations, CMS migration, content, case study creation and paid media, each with figures rather than a guide behind a form.

It is certified women-owned through WBENC and WOSB, holds a HubSpot data migration accreditation and manufacturing and software industry badges. The about page says clients work directly with senior people, with no account manager layers and no junior consultants learning on the client's time.

Who Orange Marketing is for

B2B SaaS and technology companies that have outgrown a startup setup, manufacturers, and nonprofits modernising donor work. The fractional operations tiers are sized by hubs, team size and lead volume, so a buyer can self-select before a call.

Companies too small to justify a full-time HubSpot administrator are the case the fractional product is written for, and the entry tier at 22 hours a month is priced for that.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • Published figures across eight separate priced pages, including audits at USD 975, USD 1,975 and USD 2,975 by portal scale.
  • Fractional operations are sold monthly with no long-term commitment, and each tier states the hours included.
  • Data migration is priced separately by system complexity, with the actual source systems named on each side of the split.
  • Certified women-owned through WBENC and WOSB, which some buyers need for supplier diversity requirements.

Limits

  • Content services, case study creation and paid media are priced on the same menu as the platform work, so scope can widen easily.
  • Only two accreditations are listed, data migration and onboarding, with none covering custom integration or solutions architecture.
  • Complex source systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite carry an extra charge on top of the onboarding price, so the headline figure is not the whole cost.
  • Nothing is published on ownership of the build or on whether licences are bought direct from HubSpot.

Orange Marketing pricing

Onboarding is USD 4,950 for each of Marketing Pro, Content Pro, Sales Pro and Service Pro, covering data import, setup, templates and up to four hours of training for three team members. Extra trainees are USD 250 each and a custom metrics dashboard is quoted at about USD 1,000. Data migration is charged separately at USD 950 for simple systems and USD 2,450 for complex ones such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo and Eloqua.

Portal audits are USD 975 for one or two hubs under 10,000 records, USD 1,975 for two or three hubs up to 50,000, and USD 2,975 for three or more hubs above that. Fractional operations start at USD 4,450, USD 5,450 and USD 7,450 a month for 22, 30 and 40 hours, described as monthly pricing with no long term commitment.

Licences, the build, and whose hands

Does it earn on your licences

Does not say whether it earns on your licences

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who owns the build

Does not say who owns the build

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who does the work

Does not say who does the work

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the people in your portal are employees, an offshore team or subcontractors. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

This records what Orange Marketing publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.

Verdict

A company that wants to know the cost of an audit before booking anything gets an answer in one click here, and the fractional tiers give a small team a HubSpot administrator without a hire. The no-commitment monthly terms are stated on the pricing page rather than negotiated.

Complex integration work is the weaker end. Only two accreditations are listed, neither covering custom integration or solutions architecture, and migrations from Salesforce or NetSuite are charged on top of the published onboarding price.
