HubSnacks review
Onboarding, CRM implementation, Migration · Paulton, Bristol, United Kingdom · Since 2014
HubSnacks is a trading style of Juice Tactics Ltd, a UK company established in 2014. The model is a fixed monthly subscription for HubSpot tasks with no contract and cancellation at any time. What is capped is concurrency rather than volume: the Snacks plan works on one active task at a time, Snacks+ on three and Concierge on nine, with unlimited requests queued behind them.
Alongside the subscription it sells fixed-price setup. Accelerated onboarding runs $2,980 for one hub at Starter or Professional, $3,970 for two and $4,960 for three, with Enterprise versions at $4,980, $6,970 and $8,960. A data-driven re-onboarding for existing users, covering a settings audit, gap analysis and a fix list, is $6,790 as a one-off.
The firm answers the delivery question directly on its own pages, saying it is a UK company with over 30 staff in seven locations and that all employees work for HubSnacks rather than the work being passed to freelancers or agencies. Its contact page lists the UK office in Bristol plus a global remote team across the USA, South Africa, Denmark, Portugal, the Philippines, India and Egypt.
Who HubSnacks is for
HubSpot users with a long queue of small jobs, workflows, templates, dashboards, chatflows, who want them cleared at a predictable monthly cost rather than scoped one project at a time.
New HubSpot buyers who want to avoid a blank portal are the other fit, since accelerated onboarding is sold at a fixed price per hub and tier instead of being quoted.
Strengths and limits
Strengths
- Publishes both a monthly subscription price and fixed onboarding package prices, so the whole offer can be budgeted without a call.
- States no contract and cancellation at any time, with month-to-month plans, rather than an annual minimum.
- Answers the outsourcing question directly, saying all employees work for the firm and the work is not passed to freelancers or agencies.
- Sets out the constraint honestly: what is limited is how many tasks run at once, not how many you can submit.
Limits
- The site describes the firm as a HubSpot Elite Solutions Partner in its footer and elsewhere, while the HubSpot listing showed Diamond when checked on 20 September 2026.
- Two comparison tables further down the pricing page list different monthly figures for the same three plan names, so the current rate should be confirmed before buying.
- Integrations and website migration are Concierge-only add-ons quoted separately, so the lower plans do not cover them.
- The navigation still carries a COVID-19 response page, and nothing is published about who owns the work at the end of a subscription.

Licences, the build, and whose hands
Does it earn on your licences
Does not say whether it earns on your licences
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
Who owns the build
Does not say who owns the build
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
Who does the work
Says its own people do the work
“All employees work for HubSnacks meaning we don't offshore our work to other freelancers or agencies.”
This records what HubSnacks publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.
Verdict
Marketing and operations teams carrying a backlog of HubSpot jobs that never reaches the top of a developer's list get a straightforward answer here: a fixed monthly fee, no contract, and a published concurrency limit that tells you honestly how fast the queue will move. The fixed onboarding prices make the first ninety days easy to budget too.
An organisation that needs a single large build, a Salesforce migration, a custom integration, a complex data model, is buying against the grain of the model. Those arrive as separately quoted add-ons available only on the top plan, so the subscription adds cost rather than covering them.
