Plus Your Business was established in 2013 and has been implementing HubSpot since 2016. It is run by Martin and Elisa, a husband and wife team, with a small named delivery group around them. The homepage strapline is 100% HubSpot, and the registered address is in Newport, south Wales.

It holds three ISO certifications and publishes the certificate for each: 27001 for information security, 9001 for quality covering consulting, training, onboarding and implementation support for HubSpot software, and 42001 for AI management, scoped to its use of HubSpot Customer Agent powered by Breeze.

Two of its services are unusual for a shop this size. It sells an independent HubSpot audit and a separate risk and governance audit, both framed as a review of someone else's deployment rather than a pitch for a build. It also sells named frameworks under its own trademarks, including Orgplexity, GuardHub and The Art of Steering.

Who Plus Your Business is for

Organisations that have to satisfy a security or procurement review before they can appoint anyone. Three published ISO certificates, with the certificates linked rather than only claimed, answers most of that questionnaire before the first call.

The reconfiguration programme is built for a specific situation: an existing HubSpot user who feels the portal is in a mess. It runs four weeks and 40 hours, with one Zoom consulting session plus nine hours of implementation each week, covering data restructure, deal pipeline reorganisation and workflow rework.

Strengths and limits

Strengths

  • Publishes an hourly rate rather than hiding it behind a call, and describes the model as scoping each project in advance
  • Holds ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and ISO 42001 and links the certificate for each, with the 9001 scope written out in full
  • Sells an independent HubSpot audit and a separate risk and governance audit as reviews of an existing deployment
  • Ongoing support is described as a rolling contract with no lock in, from 28 to 80 hours of service a month

Limits

  • The hourly rate is EUR 170 on two service pages and GBP 150 plus VAT on the migrations page, so which applies needs confirming
  • Client counts differ across the site, with 150+ happy customers on the homepage and about page and 100+ happy customers in the footer of several others
  • Nothing is published about who owns the custom integration code or the documentation at the end of an engagement
  • The site does not address HubSpot licences, so whether it earns anything on the software is unanswered

Plus Your Business pricing

Cost per hour appears as a headline on three service pages. The implementation and consulting pages give EUR 170; the migrations page gives GBP 150 plus VAT. No page explains the difference or which currency a UK or European buyer would be billed in, and only the sterling figure carries a VAT note.

Two packages are sized rather than priced. The reconfiguration programme is four weeks and 40 hours, split as one consulting session plus nine implementation hours a week. Ongoing support runs from 28 to 80 hours a month on a rolling contract with no lock in, and the site says you work directly with the two owners.

Cost per hour is stated as EUR 170 on the implementation and consulting pages and as GBP 150 plus VAT on the migrations page. The smallest published package is a four week, 40 hour reconfiguration programme; ongoing support runs from 28 to 80 hours a month on a rolling contract.

Licences, the build, and whose hands

Does it earn on your licences

Does not say whether it earns on your licences

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who owns the build

Does not say who owns the build

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

Who does the work

Does not say who does the work

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the people in your portal are employees, an offshore team or subcontractors. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.

This records what Plus Your Business publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.

Verdict

Buyers who have to clear an information security review will find more here than on most partner sites, because the ISO 27001, 9001 and 42001 certificates are published rather than described. The hourly rate and the 40 hour reconfiguration programme also make it possible to model a first engagement before speaking to anyone.

An organisation that needs a large team on site, or a fixed price for a fixed scope, is a poor match for a two founder practice billing by the hour. The currency inconsistency between EUR 170 and GBP 150 needs settling first, and so does the question of who keeps the integration code.
