HAL Company review
CRM implementation, Onboarding, Integration · Buenos Aires, Argentina
HAL Company sells HubSpot across Latin America from offices listed in Buenos Aires, Bogota, Mexico City, Santiago and Sao Paulo. Its homepage marks ten years of trading and frames the work as digital transformation through automation, data analysis and artificial intelligence. The footer states that it is a KAZE Technologies company.
The services page opens onto eight lines: inbound marketing, technical implementation, onboarding, integrations, training, omnichannel, web development and artificial intelligence. The navigation gives separate pages to Sales Hub, Operations Hub, Service Hub, Marketing Hub and an AEO Hub, plus a Tiendanube to HubSpot integration for regional ecommerce.
Its About page traces the team back to corporate CRM work in the 1990s and marketing automation platforms in the 2000s, and says it led adoption of a marketing automation platform in Latin America before settling on HubSpot as its recommendation.
Who HAL Company is for
Companies selling into several Latin American markets at once, where the delivery team has to work in Spanish and Portuguese and the buying process runs partly over WhatsApp. HAL sells conversational marketing on that channel as a service in its own right.
Regional ecommerce sellers get a specific hook: a published Tiendanube to HubSpot integration, which is a local platform no North American or European partner is likely to have built for.
Strengths and limits
Strengths
- Lists offices in five Latin American countries and supports Spanish and Portuguese, which suits a multi country rollout out of one team
- Publishes a Tiendanube to HubSpot integration, aimed at a regional ecommerce platform rather than a global one
- Sells WhatsApp conversational marketing as a named service, which matches how buying conversations actually run in these markets
- Carries HubSpot certified trainers in house and builds training into the services list rather than leaving it implicit
Limits
- Two blocks on the same homepage give different numbers: one says eight accreditations and six certified trainers, the block below says five and five
- The services navigation opens with inbound marketing, so a buyer wanting platform work only should ask which team staffs the project
- No price, rate or minimum appears anywhere, and the listing records an Any Budget band rather than a floor
- The site says nothing about who owns the build, who does the work, or whether HAL is compensated on the licences it recommends
HAL Company pricing
Nothing is priced. There is no rate card, no package price and no stated minimum on any page read. Contact routes are a meeting request form and a WhatsApp link, and the HubSpot listing records an Any Budget band, which tells a buyer very little.
The services page describes scope by stage, from technical implementation through onboarding to ongoing consulting, without attaching a duration or a cost to any of them. Sizing is therefore entirely a first call conversation.
No price, rate or minimum is published. Every route is a contact form or a WhatsApp conversation. Its HubSpot listing records an Any Budget band.
Licences, the build, and whose hands
Does it earn on your licences
Does not say whether it earns on your licences
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
Who owns the build
Does not say who owns the build
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
Who does the work
Does not say who does the work
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the people in your portal are employees, an offshore team or subcontractors. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
This records what HAL Company publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.
Verdict
A group rolling HubSpot out across Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, Chile and Brazil gets a delivery team already working in those markets and languages, with certified trainers and a regional ecommerce integration already built. The AI adoption service is framed as upgrading an existing HubSpot estate rather than as a separate product.
The duplicated homepage block with conflicting accreditation and trainer counts is worth raising early, because it suggests the page has been edited without the older version being removed. Inbound marketing also leads the service menu, so confirm the platform team is the one being quoted.
