DigitaWeb review
CRM implementation, Migration, Integration · Paris, France · Since 2012
Ownership. DigitaWeb is part of the Uptoo group.
DigitaWeb describes itself as a growth architect since 2012 and a HubSpot partner since 2015. The legal notice gives DIGITAWEB SARL at 101 rue Reaumur in the second arrondissement of Paris, registered at Nanterre under number 791 460 173. It has joined the Uptoo group, whose business is sales team recruitment, training and structuring.
Its six HubSpot expertise areas are implementation and migration, CRM architecture and modelling, workflow automation, integrations and API, AI and Breeze, and training. The stated focus is organisations with several business units, several countries, an ERP and a data problem, rather than small single team portals.
The client logos on the homepage are large French names: Manpower, BPCE, SNCF, Wakam, Engie and AXA. The implementation page claims more than fifty completed Salesforce migrations and describes a dual running phase where the old CRM stays readable while HubSpot goes into production.
Who DigitaWeb is for
Mid-sized and large French companies with more than one business unit, an ERP in the picture, and a CRM that has to be replaced without stopping the sales team. Coverage is listed as France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, Canada and the United Kingdom, with missions run in French and English.
Migration buyers get the most specific commitments. The page puts a typical move at six to fourteen weeks, lists the objects it transfers including line items, attachments and custom properties, and says historical data keeps its original timestamps so reporting is not rebased.
Strengths and limits
Strengths
- Publishes actual price bands rather than a call to action, from EUR 5,000 for an audit to over EUR 250,000 for enterprise multi hub work with ERP integrations
- Names the objects it migrates individually, including line items, attachments, custom properties, lists, workflows and email templates
- Describes a dual running cutover where the old CRM stays readable in parallel, with the switch planned outside peak hours
- Commits to a tailored quote within 48 hours of analysing the requirement, and to a two hour initial audit before a detailed one
Limits
- Headcount is not published, and the about page calls it one of the smallest French firms to reach its partner level
- Nothing is published about who owns the custom integrations or the documentation after go live
- The site does not address HubSpot licences or whether it is compensated on them
- Growth marketing sits as one of the four solution groups, so a buyer wanting platform work only should say so early
DigitaWeb pricing
Prices are published on both the expertise page and the implementation page, and they agree with each other. An audit and architecture plan starts at EUR 5,000. A standard single hub implementation is EUR 10,000. Multi hub work with a CRM migration is EUR 40,000, and enterprise work spanning ERP and multiple entities starts at EUR 90,000.
The FAQ extends the top of that range, putting enterprise multi hub work with ERP integrations at over EUR 250,000 and repeating that the audit plus architecture plan starts at EUR 5,000. Cost is said to depend on user count, custom objects, integrations and workflow complexity, with a detailed quote after a two hour initial audit.
EUR 5,000 for an audit and architecture plan, EUR 10,000 for a standard single hub implementation, EUR 40,000 for multi hub plus CRM migration, EUR 90,000 and above for enterprise ERP and multi entity work, and over EUR 250,000 at the top of the range. A tailored quote is promised within 48 hours.
Licences, the build, and whose hands
Does it earn on your licences
Does not say whether it earns on your licences
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether it resells HubSpot licences or is paid on the software it recommends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
Who owns the build
Does not say who owns the build
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about who keeps the portal, the workflows and any custom code when the engagement ends. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
Who does the work
Does not say who does the work
We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the people in your portal are employees, an offshore team or subcontractors. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the firm. Ask before the first invoice.
This records what DigitaWeb publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the firm does in practice.
Verdict
French and francophone organisations with an ERP, several business units and a Salesforce instance to retire will get the most out of this one, and can size the project from the published bands before making contact. The migration page is specific enough to argue with, which is more than most offer.
Smaller companies should note where the ladder starts: EUR 10,000 for a single hub is the entry, and the whole site is written for complex multi entity environments. Ownership of the custom integration work is not addressed anywhere, so that needs raising at contract stage.
