Sculpted review
Builds it, you run it
Sculpted is a GTM engineering shop that has deliberately stepped back from outbound. Its FAQ says it does not run outbound or write copy. It focuses on Clay-powered enrichment of HubSpot and Salesforce data, so that a client's own reps can prospect from a clean CRM.
The core product is a CRM clean-up sprint of about four weeks, run as a build, review and rebuild cycle with three async reviews. Accuracy is checked manually on 20 or more sample records per property before rollout, and a foundation clean-up takes two sprints, companies first and contacts second.
The founder, Jacob Tuwiner, is described as among the first 100 Clay Experts. Client claims on the site include ConnectWise reporting $11M of pipeline from Sculpted-enriched accounts in a half year, and Concept3D cutting contact discovery from $4.50 to about $1 an account.
Who Sculpted is for
B2B software teams whose CRM has become unreliable: duplicates, stale titles, missing firmographics and contacts nobody trusts. It fits RevOps and marketing operations leads who want a documented Clay system they can run themselves.
Companies selling into markets the large data vendors cover poorly are a second fit. In higher education, a case study shows custom scraping replacing manual research.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- States in writing that everything is built in the client's Clay workspace and that the client owns the whole system permanently.
- Hands over Notion documentation with Loom walkthroughs, plus a handoff call, so the system does not depend on Sculpted to run.
- Says exactly what the client's team must give: two to three hours of pre-work, a one-hour kickoff and about an hour a week of feedback.
- Validates enrichment against manual samples before import, and that step is written into the sprint process.
Where it falls short
- It does not run campaigns, write copy or book meetings, so a buyer still needs an outbound team or provider.
- Prices appear only in a project plan after scoping; nothing is published.
- The homepage banner says the next sprint opens in July, which is out of date in September 2026, so availability needs checking on a call.
- No team size, location or founding year is published, and the footer copyright reads 2025.
Sculpted pricing
No prices are published. The evaluation path runs from a diagnostic call to scoping, then a project plan presenting 'your fixed-price investment' with milestones and success criteria.
A foundation CRM clean-up is two sprints, and each add-on, such as a scoring model or signal monitoring, is a separate two-week sprint. After handover, ongoing support is offered through what the FAQ calls a small hourly retainer.
What you keep, and what counts as a result

Verdict
B2B software companies whose HubSpot or Salesforce data is what holds outbound back, and which want a Clay system they own and can maintain, are the buyers for these sprints. The ownership statement, the documented handover and the manual accuracy checks are all written down.
Booked meetings are outside the scope entirely, so a buyer who wants meetings rather than data needs someone else as well. Sculpted builds the lists and the plumbing, and your team or another provider still has to run the campaigns.
This is an independent review. Sculpted is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
