Grow Surely review
Runs it for you · Switzerland · Since 2023
Grow Surely was started in 2023 by Greg Martignoni and Adam Rahmouni, who met at McGill, and is registered in Switzerland as Grow Surely Sàrl. It books sales meetings for B2B companies through cold email first, then layers LinkedIn, phone and SMS on the prospects who show interest.
Its entry point is a free pilot: 3 to 5 meetings in seven days, run to criteria the client writes. It covers one to three campaigns and 6,000 segmented contacts, with no card and nothing owed if it misses. The comparison table on the homepage makes a point of letting the client, not the agency, define a qualified meeting.
Everything after the pilot is priced on a call. The site publishes client results, including 5,247+ meetings booked, but its own terms describe results shown on the site as illustrative.
Who Grow Surely is for
B2B companies above $1M in annual recurring revenue that sell to a buyer who can be described by title and company size. The pilot is judged on meetings against your own criteria, which suits a sceptical buyer who has been burned by an agency before.
Its published case studies lean towards marketing agencies, consultancies, staffing firms and fractional finance firms, with some SaaS alongside.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- A free seven-day pilot with published scope: 3 to 5 meetings, one to three campaigns, 6,000 contacts, no card and no commitment
- Lets the client set what counts as a qualified meeting, by title, company size or other criteria, and says so plainly
- Names a head of email deliverability on the team page, so it is clear who watches sender reputation
- Follows up interest across email, LinkedIn, phone and SMS rather than email alone
Where it falls short
- No price, pricing model or minimum term is published for anything after the pilot
- No owner is stated for the sending domains, the inboxes or the segmented contact lists, during an engagement or after it
- Its terms state that results shown on the site are illustrative, so the headline figures carry no commitment
- An exit popup advertises a '3:1 LTV guarantee' that is not explained anywhere else, while the terms say nothing on the site is a guarantee of results
Grow Surely pricing
The pilot is free: the site promises 3 to 5 meetings in seven days, with no credit card, no commitment and nothing owed if it misses. After that, no price, pricing model or minimum term is published, and the terms say services run under a separate written agreement.
The homepage cites a 95% monthly retention rate and a 20-month average client stay, both as the company's own claims, but neither figure says what a month costs.
What you keep, and what counts as a result
Domains, inboxes, data and workflows
Does not say who owns the infrastructure
We found nothing on its site about whether the sending domains, inboxes, lists and workflows are yours when the engagement ends. That is the most common answer in this directory, and it is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before signing.
The unit of a result
Sells meetings
Publishes what counts as qualified.
“You tell us what a qualified meeting looks like. We run the campaign to that exact buyer, free, and you judge us on what lands in your calendar.”
Guarantee, as published: Free 7-day pilot of 3 to 5 meetings with 'nothing owed if it misses'; an exit popup also shows a '3:1 LTV guarantee' with no published terms
This records what Grow Surely publishes about itself, read in September 2026. It is not an assessment of what the company does in practice.
Verdict
Seven free days and 3 to 5 meetings, judged against your own definition of a qualified meeting, make the first test cost nothing for a B2B seller above $1M ARR that can describe its buyer precisely. That is a fair way to start with any outbound supplier.
Price, ownership terms and contract length are all missing from the site, a drawback for a buyer who needs them before giving up a week of calendar time. The headline results are also labelled illustrative in the company's own terms.
This is an independent review. Grow Surely is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
