A-Sales review
Runs it for you · Stockholm, Sweden
A-Sales runs appointment setting with the telephone at the centre. Cold and intent-based calling leads, with email and LinkedIn in support, and the callers work from the company's Stockholm office rather than an outsourced floor. It plans engagements around 20 to 50 qualified meetings a month and says first meetings usually land within two to four weeks.
Its pay-per-appointment page is specific about what is billable. A meeting counts only when it is held and meets a qualification standard agreed in writing before the first dial. That standard covers points such as title, company size, budget authority and timeline. Each meeting gets a confirmation call, and a no-show is rescheduled rather than invoiced.
The written terms add a reporting deadline for no-shows that the service page does not mention. A-Sales also sells influencer-led product launches on X and LinkedIn, and owns A-Leads, a contact data platform that sits in Clay's provider network.
Who A-Sales is for
B2B companies selling to healthcare, finance, recruiting, SaaS, IT or industrial buyers, with a sales team that has calendar space and a market large enough to price meetings against. It fits a buyer who has run outbound before and knows what a good meeting looks like.
Teams selling in both the US and Europe are covered too, since the callers dial in either time zone.
Strengths and limits
What it does well
- Defines a billable meeting in advance: held, and inside a written qualification standard the client sets.
- Leads with the phone through an in-house calling team in Stockholm, with email and LinkedIn as support.
- States that lists, scripts and research are handed over when the engagement ends.
- Says it will decline pay-per-appointment and quote a managed engagement when a market is too narrow to price.
Where it falls short
- No price per meeting or managed fee is published; the ROI calculator's default of $225 a meeting is labelled a placeholder, not a price.
- The terms, last updated 20 August 2024, bill a no-show in full unless the client reports it in writing within 30 minutes of the start time.
- The terms give A-Sales the final decision on whether a meeting was a no-show, and allow a penalty of double the meeting rate for a report it judges false.
- Influencer launches and a data platform sit beside the core service, so outbound is the lead product but not the whole menu.
A-Sales pricing
No figures are published. The pay-per-appointment page says clients pay for meetings that take place and meet the agreed standard, and that this model applies once the target profile is proven. Where a market is too small, A-Sales says it quotes a managed engagement instead, and that pricing is unpublished too.
The ROI calculator defaults to a spend that works out at $225 a meeting, but labels it 'a placeholder, not our price'. The terms add that no-shows must be reported within 30 minutes of the start time or they are billed in full.

Verdict
Stockholm callers leading with the phone make sense for a B2B team whose buyers still answer it, and which wants to pay for meetings that happen rather than for activity. The written qualification standard and the stated hand-over of lists and scripts both give a buyer something concrete to hold the service to.
The 30-minute window for reporting a no-show is the clause to weigh first, because a team that cannot flag one that fast is billed in full for it. A team that wants an email-first or heavily automated system, or a price before the first call, will also find the fit weaker here.
This is an independent review. A-Sales is not a client or a partner, we have no affiliate relationship with them, we earn nothing if you hire them, and nobody pays for placement in the directory. Prices were read from the company's own pages in September 2026 and change without notice.
