Visugu is a video editing service rather than a design studio. You upload raw footage to your own Dropbox or Google Drive, send the link with a brief, and its editors cut the finished piece. The FAQ says it covers anything classed as editing, from vlogs and wedding footage to webinars, video ads, colour correction and captions.
Two plans are published. Casual costs $699 a month for four editing requests, and The Director costs $999 for an open queue, 4K footage, intro and outro creation and a dedicated account manager who checks each edit. Both plans work one request at a time, and a single job without a subscription costs $249.
The FAQ is plain about what is out of scope: animation, custom illustration, graphic design, 3D work and storyboarding are not covered, and the minimum turnaround is 24 hours. The footer copyright runs from 2018 to 2026.
Who Visugu is for
Creators, wedding videographers and small marketing teams who already shoot their own footage and need it edited on a steady schedule. The FAQ invites videographers and agencies to resell the service, and The Director plan says agencies are welcome.
The Casual plan's cap of four requests a month is the figure to size against. A channel publishing one video a week fits inside it; a team cutting daily social clips needs The Director's open queue.
Strengths and limits

- The terms say work delivered during a refunded first fortnight stays Visugu's property and cannot be used
- The site never says whether its editors are employees or freelancers, and two testimonials name a business called Unicorn Go without explaining the link

Casual is $699 a month for four video editing requests, with unlimited revisions, premium stock footage and music, captions and thumbnails, and a turnaround of three to four business days. The Director is $999 a month for unlimited requests, a two-business-day turnaround, 4K footage, up to five social media exports per video and a dedicated account manager.
Both plans run one request at a time and are cancelled by email. A single job is $249 with a five-day turnaround. With the annual toggle on, The Director shows $9,999 a year. Prices are also listed in Australian dollars, and Australian customers pay 10% GST on top.

We found nothing on its site or in its terms about whether the designers are employees or freelancers. That is recorded as silence, not as a finding against the company. Ask before the first invoice.

Verdict
Video creators with footage piling up are the reader Visugu is written for. The $999 Director plan gives an open queue, a two-day turnaround and an account manager who checks each edit, and the 14-day refund lowers the cost of finding out whether the editing style fits.
Brands that need motion graphics, animated explainers or graphic design get nothing here, because the FAQ excludes all three. The one-at-a-time queue also means a batch of twenty clips arrives in sequence, and the refund clause takes back the rights to anything delivered in a refunded first fortnight.
