Kimp was launched in early 2019, though it says its team has offered graphic design services since 2003. It sells three plans: Kimp Graphics, Kimp Video and a combined Graphics + Video plan. Each comes with a dedicated team of one project manager and three designers, working 2 to 2.5 hours a day per subscription.
Prices depend on where you are. In US dollars the pricing page shows $1,397 a month for Graphics or Video and $1,697 for the combined plan, while visitors in Europe are shown euro prices. A promotion currently halves the price of the first four months for new clients.
Requests run three at a time on Graphics, two on Video and five on the combined plan. Quarterly, six-month and annual terms are available at a discount through live chat.
Who Kimp is for
Small businesses, startups and agencies with a steady stream of social, ad and print graphics, or short videos and edits, who want a fixed team that learns the brand. The combined plan runs graphics and video on separate tracks, so one does not slow the other.
Buyers after a one-off brand identity will find mascot and character work excluded from the trial, and a monthly price set for continuous use rather than a single project.

Verdict
Kimp fits a marketing team that produces graphics and short video every week and wants both handled by a named team on one invoice. Three active requests on Graphics, two on Video and five combined make throughput easier to plan than an open-ended promise, and the free week lets a team test that pace first.
Price-sensitive buyers should check the figure shown for their own region, since the site sets it by location, and note that pausing is a paid option rather than a free one. Files are best downloaded promptly, because download links expire after six months.
